Amazing food. Big portions. Really authentic. Handmade tortillas and great salsa and the Aguas frescas are so fresh and refreshing. I had the pork ribs with green sauce, rice and beans, and it came with four handmade tortillas. The choices rellenos were the best I've had. Definitely recommend this place. Our waitress was also really sweet. I will definitely go back

The staff is so accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. The food is consistently delicious. I usually get any of the vegetarian tacos and guacamole. Horchata is fantastic. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially if you catch them on Taco Tuesday. The atmosphere is comfortable, they play a variety of interesting music that fits the vibe. They have a punch card program, buy 6 meals get the 7th for free. If you haven't tried Guisados yet you need to. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: They have three or four vegetarian taco options which are great. Best vegetarian tacos I've had at any Mexican place.

Maylene is very nice and cares a lot about the customer service. I have never eaten in the restaurant but had taken out. They have a great value especially on Taco Tuesdays. Service was very nice & welcoming. Food was very unpleasant. The portions were huge but the food had a very unusual taste. The carne asada had a very old taste & extremely rubbery. Chilaquiles were extreme cold with a very foul flavor red

Our son discovered this place last week and wanted to try it due to his live a traditional Mexican cuisine. We loved it. We had the Barbacoa Quesadilla and Birrira Mole, Slow cooked pork and chorizo and cheese tacos. All fantastic. Came back tonight for Taco Tuesday and had all the tacos and a few more. All fantastic and the best part was Taco Tuesday was 1-2 price tacos. Highly recommend for the flavors and taste - fantastico. It was even better than the first visit!!!

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah. Best I’ve had. Unbelievable selection to choose from. Pozole verde is amazing. Barbacoa de res, cochinita, mole, etc are all amazing. Hand made tortillas.
I don't know what the house specialty is, but the beef broth I bought was flavorless. We were really impressed with Guisados!We ordered a little bit of everything and were impressed with each item. The chips were nice & crunchy and the salsa had the perfect amount of heat. We ordered a few different tacos and loved that there was a variety of salsas and toppings for the tacos.The service was also unmatched and you could tell they really care about this restaurant and the outcome of it.We have been telling anyone & everyone about this little place, in hopes that it will continue to grow and become even more successful.
