I'm gonna give it 4 stars because I don't like the hours but the drive through was the fastest its ever been the food was fabulous and they gave me a good amount of hot sauce . They were definitely on top of it better than ever. Thank you Hector!

Best drive thru Mexican in Utah, by far. Way better quality than betos/rancheritos/ etc. Even their beans and rice are WAY better than the other choices

Been ordering the California Burrito for a LONG time...the last 4 times the potatoes were very undercooked. I love your food, but the quality is slipping guys...I'm home recooking the potatoes.

A very generous breakfast burrito with rice and beans, easily enough for two (or breakfast then lunch). I just wish their hours weren't curtailed (tuff to get help nowadays).

The absolute best fast food restaurant this side of the valley! Their food is phenomenal, but the absolute best quality is their customer service. I am consistently greeted with a smile, "how are you doing?", and a genuine interest in the customer. Every other food establishment needs to copy Hector's model - they do it right! This place is one of the only ones that actually deserve any kind of gratuity.

Burrito game WEAK. Over priced, under portioned, low quality. Not really sure why the rating is so high. I got a beans and rice burrito 5 years ago and was completely underwhelmed after spending $7 dollars on it (FOR BEANS AND RICE!?!?). Just recently thought I'd give them another shot and after eating my breakfast burrito for $9 I decided that this would be the last time I would let hector's disappoint me.

Local’s nostalgia place. The bean is little salty and rice is little dried. Their fish tacos was good and carnitas special burritos was good. It’s very home-meal Mexican food. It was not bad.

Burrito size not the smallest not the best I've seen.Red salsa is all they have it's very watery like then ran out and forgotten home to make it ...Mexican food burritos, Tacos, don't have sour cream in them. These guy to step it up on passion. Less sour cream more meat a just a bit more and it's would be good. The albpastor could be cooked a little longer to .

The Burrito was very bland, potatoes and egg no flavor very little cheese. No green sauce available. The sauce was watered down and very little taste or heat. Sorry to say this place is no longer going to be one of my go to places.

After lots of searching I am happy to declare that Hectors is the best Mexican food in SLC. I recommend the number 15 chimichanga plate with carne asada. My only regret is that I cannot afford to eat here every day. Delicious.

Drive through only and their food has fallen off in recent years. 30 minute wait for low grade food is not my idea of a quality restaurant.

Definitely a step above the chain drive-thru Mexican restaurants in town. Though many of the menu offerings are the same, the food is clearly made with more care and better ingredients. I ordered in the drive-thru as the lobby is currently closed. I got a carne asada fries burrito, enchilada style, and horchata. The prices were comparable to familiar chains. The staff were nice and efficient. The small line ahead of me moved quickly. The food was good. Not amazing, but better than the chains. I had one bite that was really fatty but the meat was still better than the chains. The enchilada sauce wasn’t the best and I will order without next time. Still a good meal though!

Hector's is amazing! Their shredded beef taco is soooo good! Great people, awesome food!

Been going here since high school and used to love this place but while the prices have increased over the years the portions are now half what they used to be. You can get a burrito from Alberto’s 4x the size for the same price

I can't go here enough. There's always a line of cars whenever Hector's is open and that's for good reason. Awesome Mexican food (and I'm from Southern California) that I have to stop myself from getting every day. The guys at the window are always the nicest and ask how my day is every time.
