Best chicken teriyaki bento boxnivr ever had in my life. For the price, you will NOT beat it in SLC. Their peppered tuna sashimi is my favorite as well.

I loved the Hot Sour soup,Edamame,Vegas Roll, General Chicken and Dragon hidden and Shrimp fried rice. The waitress are really nice and food is served really fast and well done cook.

Bad memories here. I was served food that was completely different from what I ordered. I saw that the server simply removed some ingredients but did not add any vegetables as requested. The food was poorly mixed and badly presented. Shockingly, the server placed a fork directly into my food before handing it to me, and there was rice scattered everywhere.

This was the third time I spoke to the server about my order. I explained that the food was mixed incorrectly and didn’t match what I had ordered. He claimed he removed rice and added vegetables for an extra charge, which was unbelievable.

I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came, he claimed they added more avocado and served the salad properly. However, the menu clearly showed that the dish should include lettuce and edamame, which were both missing. He insisted there was no lettuce in the dish, but when he brought out the menu, it clearly listed lettuce and edamame as ingredients.

After being shown the menu, he finally agreed to add lettuce. He continued to insist that the small frozen beans used in the dish were edamame, which is not true — they were not the same. Eventually, he offered to give me edamame from their appetizer menu as a side.

Additionally, the food was served in a plastic takeout box with cheap white plastic chopsticks, even though I was dining in the restaurant.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I highly do not recommend eating at this place.

Ichiban has been one of my favorite restaurants for quick sushi for many years now. Last week I came to ichiban to have a late birthday celebration with some friends, the staff found out and made it so special. They surprised me with a complimentary sushi roll and dessert! The staff really works super hard and is so kind. I have never had a bad experience here. I will continue to support this establishment.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The food looked overcooked, and the snow peas seemed like they were leftovers from the day before—wilted and unappetizing. The service was equally poor. There was no real communication; when the server asked if I wanted fried rice or steamed rice, she didn’t say a word—just pointed repeatedly. At first, I thought she might not speak English, but later she came back to check on us and spoke English just fine. When the dish was finally brought out, it felt like she was ready to just dump it on the table. The whole experience felt rushed and careless. I won’t be coming back.
