I just want to give my Praise to I believe her name is Rocio (that is the name on receipt, I apologize if I am incorrect) but she was wonderful! Made us feel comfortable & she speaks Spanish which makes us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience!

This by far was one of the cleanest IHOP's that I have been in. The service was on point. Our food came out super fast, and it was made to order. Everything came out hot and fresh. Even though we went at 2 am and our server was new he was energetic and acted as if he was excited to be there and happy that we were there as well.

David is an exceptional waiter. He is very attentive, quick to respond, very courteous. Our orders were exactly what we requested, which is often not the case at other restaurants. We give him 5 stars as well. His eyes and smile made it even more enjoyable. Thank you.

When you're in a time pinch and you're near an I-Hop and need to eat... you go to i-Hop. They are reliable... you know exactly what you're gonna get.

Went in on Christmas Day for dinner. Called and was told they only take online orders. I ordered online and went to the restaurant. It took them over an hour to tell me my order didn’t ever come through. The woman who I think is a manager stated “I don’t deal with online orders.” So she was beyond unhelpful. The waiters were being run off their feet but particularly Giovanni was able to help and was beyond wonderful! Management needs some drastic improvement but the staff were really trying their best.

Yesterday I waited an hour in this place to be attended and we didn't. They attended. We looked at how other people were served and my family and I waiting as if our money has no value

IHOP is one of my go to places to eat, I love the place, but this experience was really bad. My friends and I (all 18 year old girls) came in and were sat immediately by our lovely waitress. When she started taking our orders another waiter, Kevin, came up and loudly interrupted and exclaimed to the whole restaurant “Awe, you’re so cute!” He then proceeded to explain what about me was cute, my sweater, hair, etc. Then when he walked away and our waitress continued back on us, an older gentleman seated behind us came around to look at me and said “Oh! He was right, you are cute.”, and then when walking back to his booth held my shoulder. When we finally were able to get our orders in, Kevin, probably noticing how uncomfortable I still looked, came back to apologize for “putting me on the spot like that”. He then proceeded to go in for a tight hug with both arms, which I did not reciprocate and after patting him a couple of times with one arm and let go, he lingered a little longer before letting go himself. My friends and I left very shortly after this.
