I’m a delivery driver. Typically the staff is awesome. But the bald front end guy/manager was insanely rude to me. I simply showed him that I had an order. Wasn’t demanding or pushy. Just showed the order. ‘Oh. I don’t have time for that’ he told me in an annoyed and condescending tone. Then proceeded to help the other guests. It’s fine if you need to help your guests. But a ‘hey, I’ll get to that one sec’ or ‘sorry someone else will be here to help you shortly’ was all it took. I’m obviously working service as well. You don’t have to treat me like I’m subhuman. Definitely made me never want to visit this place as a customer. Treat people decently.

Very clean and nice. Our server got our order perfect! She was friendly and made sure our drinks were always full. A great start to the day!
8/4/25 Food was mediocre but our Waitress was terrible! My husband and I were the only ones in the restaurant and youd think youd get star service but NO! While my husband was asking her for his hashbrowns to be cooked extra crispy she cut him off and moved on to her question...and NO my husbands hash browns were not cooked to his liking. Then when she brought us our food she was on her phone and didn't even ask if there was anything else we needed. Which we did...we needed more napkins and my husband wanted the butter pecan syrup for his pancakes! The Waitress didn't come check on us until I was already done with my meal and my husband's ice cream scoop on his banana foster pancakes was all liquid. My husband being a Waiter himself has always tipped well, but not today! We will NEVER go to this IHop again! PS to our waitress We'd like to offer you our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience my husband and I may have caused you!

Why would you ever cook walking through the dining room seating customers is beyond me I asked for no potatoes inside The Omelette and there was a bunch of potatoes in it I felt sick all day long and it was not a good thing.

Holy cow! This was by far the best IHOP location I've ever been to. I went here with my boyfriend after seeing a concert at Abravanel Hall and we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't In-n-Out but was still open late. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and we were amazed how friendly the staff was. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was the friendliest waitress ever and I was impressed by how friendly she was so late in the evening. At one point in the conversation she said she was 41 and my goodness she looked so good for her age! She knew exactly what her recommendations were, what was good, listed the specials, and I was very happy with what I ordered. I got the chicken and waffles and they were both hot and fresh which is pretty rare for a pancake place. It's been years since I had been to an IHOP and I was so pleased with this location.
