I get delivery from here, and their portions are the perfect size with often some leftovers, they deliver quickly and my go to order is their Kung Pao Chicken, just spicy enough.
Me and my wife love this place! The food is always amazing and we enjoy the atmosphere
The Pho is okay, it can be marinated for a little more. I prefer to get Vietnamese food in West Valley. I live down the street from this restaurant but it’s always a mixed experience
I always have the best food here! We have been coming here for years and it still has great Vietnamese food and good vibes. Lots of vegan AND gluten free options! I got the vegan beef lemongrass noodle salad and it was GLUTEN FREE! Delicious.
Jasmine tea was lovely. My husband’s vegan pho smelled amazing and he finished it all.
Love this place. Best Asian food in Utah!
Best Vietnamese restaurant you can find here in Slc. Cheap prices and good quality food.
Our experience here was pretty disappointing, and we will likely not return, but that is mostly due to the location. It is too far out of our way to justify a 2nd chance.
This review is mostly based on the quality of food and not its authenticity. I have never been to Vietnam, but my fiance lived her first 30 years in Vietnam, and she wasn't very impressed with its authenticity except for the beef with lime juice.
The food: For drinks, we ordered the coconut smoothie and the strawberry slush. I am not a fan of coconut flavoring at all, but I like fresh coconut to some extent. The coconut smoothie took me by surprise. I really liked it. The strawberry slush was ok. You could tell there was some strawberry flavor in it, but it tasted very watered down. If you are looking to avoid sugar, I would recommend it, but if not, I would not.
For appetizers, we got the beef with lime juice and the salad rolls(spring rolls). The beef with lime juice was good, but there was very little beef for an appetizer that costs $13. My fiance loved the lime juice sauce, and aside from there not being enough meat, she liked this dish the most.
The salad rolls were huge, packed with way too much veggie. The pork was so thin that I couldn't taste it in the roll at all. The sauce was just a hoison sauce with hot sauce (probably sriracha) and crushed peanuts. My fiance was very disappointed with the sauce not being a peanut sauce. I liked the sauce but was disappointed with the spring roll.
For entrees, we ordered the iron plate with meat and shrimp and the Duck and bamboo noodles. My fiancee liked the duck and bamboo noodles, but she wasn't impressed. She said the duck was good, but the bamboo shoots could've been cooked longer. I tried the broth and duck, and I thought they were delicious. The iron plate tasted great, the sauce was delicious, and the meat was tender. My fiancee said it was the least authentic item that we ordered, but it tasted really good.
The service: The staff was friendly but probably the worst service we have had here in Utah. There were about 5 tables with customers, and three of them had already been served, and it still took about 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. We waited 15 minutes for my fiancees' drink and another 10 min before mine arrived. Which came with our first appetizer. My fiances entrée came out only a short time after we finished the appetizer, and mine came out a few minutes later, but we had not received our second appetizer. When we asked about it, the server quickly rushed back to have them make it for us, and it came out soon after. The reason for a 2-star service and not a 1 star is because of the server being nice and putting in the effort to get our missed item made quickly.
The atmosphere: The diner was nice. I liked the way it looked, and there were lots of pictures on the walls of places my fiancee was excited to tell me about. The cushions in the booths could probably be replaced, but it didn't affect our experience.
Overall, I thought the food was great, but I was very unhappy with the slow service. I couldn't imagine what they would do if the place was full. If you're close to the downtown area, it would be worth going, but it's probably better to order out. We probably won't go back, but mostly because it is too far.
Great portions, delicious food, and great service! They sat us at 8:30ish and let us stay comfortably until we were finished which was considerate. Highly recommend!
We love the Salad rolls.
I love the hot n sour soup. Wife loves the egg drop soup.
We go here every chance we get when in SLC.
The place is very nice. It's clean. It's decorated really nice. Vietnamese. Agnes had the pork and eggplant and I had the spicy beef with flank. As we always say me and Agnes they have good calamari. It's a good restaurant! Haley, our waitress was very informative. We asked a lot of questions. She was able to do answer everything very detailed. The service was top notch, a family-run restaurant. Pricing was very reasonable. Me and Agnes will be back again and will recommend it to all our friends. You can always check out the video on Agnes tio Instagram?

The vegan offerings are very misleading. My partner and I went here. We're both vegan, and saw that they had (what seemed to be) a large offering of foods on the menu that were marked as vegan. We got the tofu chow mein, but discovered after we had finished eating that the chow mein was not vegan (even though it was listed as such on the menu), and the noodles contained egg. When I brought this up to the staff, they claimed that some vegans eat eggs, which is completely false. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here.
Many of the noodle dishes are labeled as vegan, but actually aren't. I ordered the tofu chow mein (marked as vegan on the menu), but discovered after I had finished eating that it was not vegan, and the noodles contained egg. When I brought this up to the staff, they claimed that some vegans eat eggs, which is frustrating to say the least. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. I cannot dis-recommend this place enough. Do not eat here.
Incredible food, such friendly staff, quiet street. The seating and ordering was a little confusing, but that was probably our fault of sitting on the beautiful patio. The food was so incredibly flavorful and came out still fresh and hot even though it was a little brisk. So lucky to have experienced this place.
We got rice paper rolls, the eggplant pork rice, fun noodles, and some tofu glass noodles. Everything felt very cared for in its presentation and flavor. Thank you!
Huge proportions great food
We loved eating here and all the food we got was so good!
