This was the first time I had eaten here...the food was had was exceptional! A little expensive, but worth it! The music was a little too loud so it was hard to have a normal conversation.

There are certainly better options. Food was fine but certainly not like Mateo or Walter’s and the prices are the similar. We had a bad service experience (the server forgot to put our order in and we sat for more than an hour between bread and salad courses without even the attention to get another drink) and I don’t know if that’s typical or not. I just wouldn’t recommend.

Nice restaurant downtown. Fancy decorations and designs throughout. Smaller menu selection but good, quality food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Went to eat there tonight, it’s a really cute spot but the bread is so dry and hard. Do not order… I told the server and she replaced the bread (baguette) but it wasn’t worth the hassle because the next bread she brought over was just as dry and hard as the sourdough rye… I would go there again if I could bring my own bread. Next.

The food is ok but wont come back for their bad customer service! They forgot to bring my appetizer and brought it after we finished our Entree. The server had a very bad attitude, over all not a good experience.

Food is great and the restaurants atmosphere is beautiful but they were out of a lot of things and some items weren’t worth price for the quality.

Italian Graffiti was SO GOOD! We had a reso so that made our experience so smooth and easy plus we got a booth so that's always a win. The house made bread started everything off right. We had the focaccia with feta/honey. Our entrees and drinks were also great, but most notably our server did an amazing job. He was passionate about the food and we believed him when he said he loved every pasta dish on the menu. Hopefully I make it back soon to try more.

Restaurant was all style and no substance. Service was very slow and weird. Food was mediocre for the price and portions are small. Tiramisu was the worst I’ve ever had and there was so much cocoa powder you choke as you eat it. Aperol Spritz was the best part.

I will never go to this place again.. I was embarassed that I took friends here after watching the ads on tiktok. Our server was spacy and dishoveled, she'd begin talking to someone mid conversation when no one had said anything... just odd but kind. The "filtered water" is tap.. it tastes like heavy metals. Our seats were pleather and we were next to two heaters. One above us that made my hair so hot it fekt like I'd been blowdrying it for an hour.. and one by our table. The butter wasnt even holding itself together as soon as it came to our side and my phone overheated... it was like being in a sauna but having a breezeway ?Now to the food....Imagine kraft mac n cheese and playdough had a baby. Thats their Carbonera. I had my friends try it too because I felt bad for wanting to sejd it back but they couldnt even finish their bite it wasnt friendly to the pallet and it was approx. $37The Gnochi wasnt AS BAD but still something that we had to "get through" rather than enjoy..The texture was nice but they only had the one sauce option and it was represenative of american cheese. We also got the rye soughdough with some sort of local honey dip. I regret to inform that even that was mid and not worth bocing up for later. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this experience. My friends said they felt bad for the people walking in after us. ?

Gnocchi was overcooked, very weak texture and sauce was very mediocre for the price of this dish, not even mentioning the size.... super disappointing for people who actually know about good pasta. Good service tho, server was very nice and polite but the food was just terrible.

The food was great, but the service and wait times, not so much. We made a reservation for two, and once we got there and got seated, it took a while for John (the waiter) to ask for drinks. Though he said his name was John, he was wearing a different name tag. He took our order for drinks, appetizer, salad, and main dish all at different times, and we had to wait a very unusual amount of time between each entrée. In addition to the wait times, our salad order was not even brought to our table, I had to ask the waiter to cancel it, to which he responded he forgot to put the order in for us. When we got our appetizer, we did not have any plates, so we had to wait a few more minutes before we could even taste it. The people sitting at the table right next to is had a similar problem. They complained that their food took too long to get to their table, and when they approached their server, she told them that it was not unusual to have to wait that long, without even apologizing. Not a great experience at all.
