Thursday September 25th I tried to go here once more since the last time I went was April 12th and left a review as well. My order number was 204 fine in I Ordered 2 orders of tacos and a Jr chicken sandwich. Took 40 minutes and I still didn't get my food so I just left. Go to a different Jack in the Box this one is managed horribly.

The staff was friendly and if I could do a 4.4, that is what I would have given it. The food was a 4 and I don't love it when bathrooms are locked, but I guess location might play into that a bit.

No customers in lobby. Food was cold. Do not eat there. Employees do not care about their customers. I made a complaint to the Manger. That would not replace my food with fresh food. DO NOT EAT THERE

Jack in the box is killin it softly. Newly open and They were out of a couple items because they didn’t have demand ironed out fully but they have such a big menu it was easy to find other options.
The employees here get angry if you ask them to ring up a second order and then refuse. Wasn’t even able to get dinner because the refused me.

Stopped off for a quick bite, and not too impressive. The food was bland and nothing exciting about it. Got the curly fries which save the meal from a total disappointment. The wrap was ok, fries were ho-hum. No real atmosphere to speak of , just another chow hall with no personality. The servers were real nice and very helpful. Bright spot on a dismal outing. Price point was good, not overly expensive for the ok food. Not busy when we went, quick order and food was done quicker than we expected.

We love the service here, but whoever the manager is, I wanna talk to them because that manager is killing the workers come on working 20 hours that sucks
