From the time I arrived and was third car in the line until leaving it was 50 minutes. The person on the speaker took my order three times, then he took it twice at the window where I paid. Then the people who hand me the order asked me twice what was my order.The photos show how saturated my bun is from it sitting so long before I got it.I checked the order and it was correct. When I checked the Jumbo Jack it wasn't even warm. It was cold. I had the person at the window give their opinion on the temperature. He said it's cold. He offered them to recook the burger. After 50 minutes waiting I assured him I would be leaving and would have to reheat my burger after arriving home. I would rather have had a warm it even hot whenever I could eat right then.I suggested they move the employee from the loud speaker position and replace the person with another employee.The manager on duty obviously is not on top of what needs to be done to run things more efficiently. Maybe training is needed at this business.The photo shows the mini tacos with extra cheese. It appears to be a skimpy amount of cheese. I questioned if it was extra. The person at the window said it's extra and it usually has much less cheese. Lucky I got the extra. This is the smallest amount of cheese on the mini tacos I have received in four states from Jack-in-the-box

Extremely disappointing. Jumbo burger smashed flatter than a cup lid, chicken fingers smaller than a snickers bar, everything is over priced. Worst location on the map.

Food is jack in the box so its good. The service is the worst on the planet. No matter what time of the day you go, just plan to wait a while. Ive never waited less than 20 minutes. Ive been lunch time, dinner, and after midnight. Always the same. Just be prepared.

They get things wrong all the time. But they intentionally mess up DoorDash orders. I have not gotten a single order with my requested sauces, they always put ice in the drinks I order with no ice (ESPECIALLY with their most expensive drinks), and they commonly add condiments to burgers you request plain. They do not mess up this badly when you go in person. I am sick of wasting my money on this place. I'll return when they're less corrupt. ***To anyone reading this, they are not worth your money rn***
