Wanted to try the pistachio cold brew today it wasn’t bad although I was expecting it to be different. I was expecting more of a non sweet pistachio flavor (which would have been interesting as I’m more of a nitro cold brew on tap type of person) but nonetheless it was still good. I normally usually get the caramel macchiato frozen with 3 extra shots when I come here though 👌🏼

I love this places coffee and staff are friendly but the wait time can be brutal. Some times I will go to another coffee shop because this has 10+ cars in line. Plus people do not know the zip line method and it gets frustrating. They need to close the other lane if only one person is taking orders

We love the coffee and usually love the service here. However, today as we were waiting in line we saw a dog basically climbing through the window drooling all over the cashiers hand as she held up the line to hand feed this dog 3 or 4 treats. She was encouraging the dog to lick her hand. This is fine on its own but she continued servicing without washing her hands which is concerning and also very gross. Not something you want to see where you're eating.

I ordered coffee and was asked for a tip. They fixed my coffee and handed it to me. No table service, no clean up, just handed me a cup of coffee and I drove off. Not deserving of a tip.

I live down the street and go here almost everyday, I love their coffee/espresso! I went this morning and ordered a frozen jo, it didn’t taste like anything, I think they forgot the vanilla powder )-: but nonetheless I still love Java!

My Wednesday morning coffee religiously. the staff is always amazing. they're always kind and considerate and if I had more money in my pocket to spare I'd tip 100% every time i came through. I haven't had a single bad experience in my months of coming here. highly recommend the chewbaca, salted caramel mocha, super mocha, and when in season the pumpkin ivory. any of those are great hot, iced, or frozen. frozen is a huge treat though. much smoother than a Starbucks frappe. I missed a good local coffee chain when I moved from the east coast, and Java Jo's gave me what I was missing.
