This place give major nostalgia from college days. I popped back in while I'm down town for a frozen chai charger. This drink is the perfect harmony's of chai with coffee blended to a smooth perfection of texture and flavor. I am drooling thinking about it. Service can be slower due to demand but worth the wait!!

I am so picky about my coffee, but I think Java Joe’s has the best iced vanilla latte in the valley. This month I’ve been asking for some pumpkin in it too and it’s what I look forward to during the day. Love their coffee!

My sister and I go to Java Joe's pretty frequently. She goes regularly, although she does not go to this location very often. The last time she went one of the employees here added a $2 tip without her authorizing it. When my sister brought this to her attention she acted like it was no big deal and said "it's just a few dollar difference." Which I find extremely disrespectful that is straight up stealing. I honestly don't understand what made her justified in doing that. The worst part is my sister tips every time anyway. It doesn't matter how small amount of money you think it is you do not have the right to decide whether or not somebody wants to tip you. Tips are optional and you are supposed to let the CUSTOMER decide.Absolutely entitled and rude. I only wish I knew the selfish employees name, that is NOT okay and has never happened to me before it shouldn't be condoned. For me to read other reviews from people saying they also were charged an unauthorized tip or got treated poorly for declining a tip really upsets me. You are not OWED tips, it's a coffee shop that we drive up to, not a restaurant where you wait on us or have to clean up after us.

BE AWARE..Pretty annoyed I'm a regular at Java Jos and have been for years.. my location on 1300 east was closed for a couple of days and I went to this location and 2 days later noticed around a $2.90 tip was added WITHOUT permission. I wasn't going to post a review until I read the reviews and saw this has happened to SEVERAL other people.
