Went to the one in Vernal and will not be returning. We were the only individuals with masks on correctly. One employee had a mask on and it was below her nose. There were quite a few tables in there with us and they entered and exited without masks. Salad bar was being done by patrons with no masks and no gloves. Not safe during this pandemic. Food was hot and okay flavor. Price was higher than value.

A favorite location for family meals. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

family meals, very tasty. This place does it for me. Service treated us so kindly. Prices are reasonable I would say.

Nice site for tasty family meals. I wish there were more places like this around town. I will be back with my friends. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

Didn't update website, heard great things and great reviews checked google and it was open, drove there for a business meeting with a rep from out of town and it was closed. No notice, no update. I know things are crazy right now, but take some time to update for people.

I ate here a few times while attending the RootsTech Conference. Nothing fancy, but the soup/salad buffet was very good. Meals were 'home style' and reasonably priced. One evening during the Conference there was quite the line up to be seated. There were tables available but had not been cleaned off. They should have realized they would be busy during this time and had more staff working. I would definitely eat here again!

My husband and I ate at the JBs near the Salt Palace. Our waitress was Mariela (not positive of spelling). She was really nice and attentive. We ate the breakfast buffet which was very good (and about 1/2 the price of the Marriott). We found an ample supply of crispy bacon and the scrambled eggs and pancakes were good too. I wish restaurants would offer real maple syrup though.

This place is, okay. It tries hard to be a Denny's but lacks in, well, everything that is Denny's.

Located by the Plaza Hotel, the restaurant is one of the most convenient and inexpensive places to eat where you can get regular home-style food rather than fancy "fusion" dishes or overpriced sandwiches at other places near the Salt Palace Convention Center. A bit short-staffed, so patience is helpful, but the food is good and not pretentious. The salad bar is a big attraction, although they are sometimes slow to replenish. Nevertheless, this is the go-to place if you are researching at the FHL nearby or attending a conference at the Salt Palace. It is a respite from the hustle and bustle and just so nice to be in a friendly place for a meal.
