I love their food especially since they have gluten free and they're good with it. But this time me and my family stopped after an event and my mom ordered and their roast beef looked questionable like very dark and not normal so she asked them about it they said it was normal so she was eating the sandwich but they didn't make it the right way so she told them and asked for no roast beef and for it to be remade since it's a complete different sandwich and one of the girls was pretty friendly and handled it well but the other one talked behind my mom's back and I watched her do it. She would mumble under her breath while glaring at my mom and throwing around her food and being aggressive while making it and then talking behind her back to her coworker. Me and my mom were taken a back as to why she would act like that when there was no reason since it was on them and my mom just wanted good food. I regret giving them a tip because they didn't deserve it for how they treated my mom. The other locations I go to are perfectly fine but this one I don't know what is wrong with them but they shouldn't act out on customers

I approached the staff and kindly requested that they clean up their workspace to ensure my sandwich was safe to eat. To my surprise, the manager was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They took immediate action, ensuring that everything was handled with the utmost care and attention to my needs.
