Usually my go to spot but ordered delivery today and tipped $5 for a 2 minute bike ride(according to apple maps) and received a sandwich with a SINGLE slice of meet. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Did not request for cutting in half, but when I opened the packaging, half of the sandwich fell off to the ground because it was cut in half. What a big surprise.

Took 8 people to mess up my order twice on a slow day. Wouldn't recommend won't return.
Went at a really busy lunch time on a weekday and got really quick service nevertheless! Have been to some that aren’t “freaky fast” even when nearly empty, so this was a great experience! Always love the food, so can’t go wrong there!

super skimpy, tiniest sandwich i've ever gotten from a jimmy john's... and they didn't put any avocado spread or cucumbers on the veggie sandwich!

Love JJ and usually get a sandwich every other week from various locations, but just don't know why 2 out of 3 times this location just gets my order wrong and since you don.t get the receipt until your sandwich is ready you don.t even know the order is wrong until it.s kinda awkward to ask them to change it.
