This is the 3rd time I've order from this location. All three times ive orders a chicken sandwich with mainly veggies and hardly any chicken. The first time I sent the email with an image and a complaint. But never heard back from anyone. This was the 3rd and last time I will order from this location.

val and amanda are very attentive and helpful! I enjoy coming to this restaurant because of the energy those two ladies give in the restaurant. I appreciate it and a lot of the other employees are top-notch. They are respectful clean and get things done. I love this sandwich place.

Pretty rude crew here. Often interrupts you while ordering in the drive thru. didn’t take my phone number for rewards, and they got my order wrong. the trifecta!

Today I had a really crappy day of customer service. First I was mansplained and upsaled at the Jiffy Lube, my order was lost and cancelled at Walmart and nobody wanted to take responsibility for it. Then I went to the Drive Through window at Jimmy John’s at 4th South in Salt Lake. Your drive through associate Brandy is a ray of freakin’ sunshine and unicorns! She is lovely and after the day I’ve of terrible customer service, Brandy needs a raise! Not only did she greet me so welcoming but she asked if I was a rewards member and thanked me, she asked if I would like a new item and said it was “the bomb” which made me laugh after she giggled too. She is great at what she does and I thank her for your outstanding customer service which is an art that is lost these days. Thank you Brandy for turning my day around!

I don’t know what’s worse- 1. The fact that if you park in the other lot your car gets booted, even if you’re there for a couple minutes. Extremely predatory, especially considering how the entrance to the lot is a bit confusing 2. The fact that the drive through lane is very skinny and any big cars risk getting scratched up 3. The girl at the drive thru was very rude, getting frustrated that she couldn’t hear my order because their intercom system is ancient
