95% of the staff is always chill but this one lady who’s usually at the drive thru mic around noon on weekends. As soon as I hear her voice I know the service will be worse than usual and I’ll end up paying for things I didn’t order. Last time I tried to order 2 combos and try out the new ranch chips, but somehow ended up paying for every single item separately, a dip cup of ranch instead of my ranch chips and different flavor of sodas than the ones I ordered. I love JJ but it’s a shame to always expect this while trying to get some lunch:/

Dude, I don't know what happened but please take a look at this photo I took of my sandwich. By the way, I ordered pickles and peppers a bunch of other items that were not included. Usually I have a good experience, but this really made me upset to the point where I'm writing a review. Those are wafer thin half pickles. They're giving us half pickles for $14 sandwich????!!!

2nd time in a row that the sandwich is made wrong and missing ingredients. It’s a veggie sandwich, shouldn’t be that hard to mess up. Not worth the money and will not be going back again.

I simply ordered a number 9 Italian with light mayo. The lady was very questionable at my order. I requested a tiny tiny bit of mayo… maybe even said that two or three times. Upon first bite of the sandwich it was like a bread gusher with mayo on the inside. Absolutely foul experience. Wayyyy too much mayo for the request of “light mayo please”…
Decided to go to JJs after avoiding it for better joints around town. Gave it one more shot and ordered a turkey bacon (the lulu) with extra avocado (16”) — got home and there was no meat at all, no extra avocado. Over 20 bucks for the worst veggie sandwich ever while the checkout screen defaults to tipping. Lesson learned. Cooked bacon and added guacamole, and turkey at home and the dang thing had way too much mayo to even salvage. 7-11 makes better sandwiches

Honestly pretty upset about my most recent experience here especially since it resulted in someone almost having to use their EPi-pen for a severe food allergy.
I spent almost 50 bucks on two 16 inch sandwiches here plus delivery and called to ask them to please be very mindful of the plain slim not having jalpenos or anything else accidentally added to it as my friend has an allergy and my sandwich did have jalapeños on it. I also asked for two separate bags for this reason.
What we got was two sandwiches in the same bag cut in half. Instead of someone changing gloves or making a new sandwich when they realized they had a mistake we got a plain slim being contaminated with jalpeno juice and crumb topping. Had she not double checked my friend would’ve had to use her Epi-pen. This is absolutely unacceptable on a basic food safety level.
This was supposed to be just a salami and cheese sandwich and nothing else for her. We also ordered a bag of bbq chips and we received a bag of jalapeño chips almost as if it was a joke.
I get places get busy but when I call ahead and ask for this request and get told no problem it’s not because someone’s a picky eater but because there was a genuine concern.
I’d really like a refund and apology because of the above. Super unacceptable to spend 16 bucks plus the cost of a bag of chips for someone who couldn’t even enjoy them.
