The lady at the drive through that works weekdays should be given a different position, she was very rude while I was getting my food. It’s like she expects a tip after every stop I make to this place. I would if she was more of a nice person.

Customer service lacks. Either their curbside feature in their app is busted or they don’t pay attention to it. Having to get out of the car with a broken leg was not ideal — picked this place in part because I thought they’d do curbside. Food is what you’d expect.

The potato salad tastes like ****, just tastes like old eggs. I will never be going back to this location. Charged me $4 delivery fee when they are not even a mile away. COME ON JJ GET IT TOGETHER THIS IS THE NASTIEST JJ IVE EVER HAD!! Not to mention, they took 20 minutes just to get my sandwich out for delivery. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOURSELF I spent $16 on a sandwich and the potato salad.

The customer service here used to be so much better. The person making my sandwiches today was rude and didn't seem to care at all about my food, to be courteous or about answering my simple questions. Spent $18 on two sandwiches just to leave feeling as though they not only didn't care about my food, but didn't like that a customer had the audacity to order food from them. Will not return.

I ordered a # 11 turkey and ham with avocado spread, all the trimmings with vinegar and oil. Service was fast, friendly and the sandwich was dynamite!! Great flavor and fresh ingredients.

The people in my office order from this location all the time and we never have problems! I tried the new Thai Chicken Wrap today with extra sauce. It was really tasty! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I felt it was too light on the chicken and veg. I will definitely order extra chicken and veggies for next time. Delivery driver was quick and friendly as always!
terrible customer service and terrible at following directions on an order. I have asked for no tomato's on my sub and every. single. time. they put tomato's on my sub. hire better employees.

I'm very disappointed with my sandwich, I ordered the country club and I asked for oil and vinegar to be on it. They did the opposite no oil no vinegar. It is the most dry sandwich I've ever had. I do not believe that the bread was baked fresh. The meat is dry around the edges. This is very close to me and I will go out of my way to never go to this Jimmy John's ever again. Thanks guys.
