They got my order wrong and the delivery guy knocked over and over even though it was marked as “leave at my door”. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is out of business soon.

This location sucks about half the time I go there they get my order wrong. It’s not busy when I get there they make my sandwich seconds after I order it and still manage to get my sandwich wrong.

Order delivery of like 5 item only got 2 sandwich I was missing 3 different item when I called it wasn’t pleasant.

Unfortunately, I ordered at 2:45 and didn’t receive my order until 4:10. When I did receive it, the bread was hard/stale and the sandwich (blt) was just not good. The workers had to remake my order when I called at the hour mark and they were very nice, the person who did finally bring my order arrived about 25 minutes after I called and he apologized which I appreciate, but if you’re thinking about ordering here I can’t recommend it. Especially when you’re spending almost $20 for a sandwich and drink (factoring in delivery charge and tip). Added some stars for the nice workers, but 0 stars for the food and freaky slow delivery time.

I ordered a JJ Gargantuan. I made no customizations to the sandwich, other than "cut in half". The order was delivered without any oil, vinegar or oregano, and was not cut in half. Since the three items were missed, the sub was sub par. Definitely not pleased with the lack of attention to the details.

I ordered online delivery at 7:30 and it is now 9 pm with no food delivered. I’ve called the store three times and they just say it’s on its way. The people at the store are nice but this is really frustrating.

Freaky fast?! Don't do online ordering! I ordered online thinking I would roll in 30 minutes later and pick up. Food was not ready people came in and ordered in store and left before I did.
Ordered an Italian night sub with onions and peppers. get home to find out it is slathered in mayonnaise! Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub??? I have never heard of this, and for it to happen in a popular and well-known sub shop is just beyond me. really disappointed me as I had to scrape it all off so all I got was bread and meat no lettuce, tomato onion, or peppers because they’re covered in mayonnaise! I changed this review to one star after eating the sandwich. The bread is terrible. It’s like wonder bread with a hard crust. By the time you get three bites in the whole thing has been squashed down and there’s no bread just a flat piece of crust. I also could not taste any vinegar and oil, so I’m not sure it even got put on there. And they have these little, 50 Cent piece, size tomatoes. You get three on a 6 inch sandwich… I don’t think I’m gonna go back to this place. These guys gotta be able to do a lot better to be a real sandwich shop.

I ordered a unwhich from this location and they made it smaller and didn't even correctly wrap the lettuce there's no lettuce on top of the unwhich. when i talked to them about it they told me they don't get to pick the size of the unwhich. Even though they made it and wrapped it. If you're trying to get an unwhich order from the 300 west one they're consistent with their portions rather than the mess they made on 21st South. Poor customer service.
