Ordered an Italian night sub with onions and peppers. get home to find out it is slathered in mayonnaise! Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub??? I have never heard of this, and for it to happen in a popular and well-known sub shop is just beyond me. really disappointed me as I had to scrape it all off so all I got was bread and meat no lettuce, tomato onion, or peppers because they’re covered in mayonnaise! I changed this review to one star after eating the sandwich. The bread is terrible. It’s like wonder bread with a hard crust. By the time you get three bites in the whole thing has been squashed down and there’s no bread just a flat piece of crust. I also could not taste any vinegar and oil, so I’m not sure it even got put on there. And they have these little, 50 Cent piece, size tomatoes. You get three on a 6 inch sandwich… I don’t think I’m gonna go back to this place. These guys gotta be able to do a lot better to be a real sandwich shop.

Fantastic pick up order today on our way to Red Butte concert!! Food was ready right on time, packed nicely and with plenty of napkins!! I got the the Club Lulu unwich with added peppers, pickles and mustard! The most delicious and least messy unwich I've ever had! Phenomenal!! My husband got the tuna with added pickle spear!I will definitely be eating here more often! Thoroughly impressed!!!

teenage idiots. ordered over the phone, they told me the price and how long it would take. it normally arrives in less than 20 minutes. I called them back 40 minutes after the food still haven't arrived and they said the driver was doing a bunch of deliveries and it would be there soon. Then i called back after 1.5 hours and they said they have no idea what i'm talking about. first they said the driver had left with my food and was off their shift. then said that i had never even made an order. clearly incapable little boys running a business. i'm also hangry and now don't have time to eat before i leave. thanks a lot. i'd put 0 stars if i could.

I ordered a unwhich from this location and they made it smaller and didn't even correctly wrap the lettuce there's no lettuce on top of the unwhich. when i talked to them about it they told me they don't get to pick the size of the unwhich. Even though they made it and wrapped it. If you're trying to get an unwhich order from the 300 west one they're consistent with their portions rather than the mess they made on 21st South. Poor customer service.

I've always had a great experience at this Jimmy John's location, very quick and usually delicious. But this time I found a long black hair in my tuna sandwich and had to throw away the whole thing. It definitely made me lose my appetite and makes me wonder if this has happened other times and I never noticed it. Going to take a break from Jimmy John's for a while..

I have stayed away from this location before just due to the lack of care from the employees and the just plan getting orderes wrong and other Issues! Well here we go again! Tryng to give them another chance! Fail-Fail-Fail-Fail! Not only did none of the employess do the traditional welcome thing(Not that I care) the cashier didn't even look at me just walked away until more people came In and helped them first even when I said "I was here first"! He looked like they just woke up hair all over the place and was on his phone texting before he finally took my order! So I orderd three sandwiches one was an Unwhich. They were all to be Giants two were and the Unwhich was half of what It sould be normally! I also said No Mayo and Avacado spread on all three Never happened! When I question the two that were there didn't even care and put the sandwhiches on the counter and I even had to bag my own up! So Zero orders were right-No recipt to see charges! The employess look like the need to work somwhere else and not In the food services no name tags on Store looks like a rest stop bathroom and food was not freeky fast at all! So Like I stated before I'm never gaoing to this location or any Jimmy John's ever again! Good luck to anyone who dares to go here or any other one! (One Star Is to generous)

Easy to walk in a grab a decent sub. Customer service is usually decent and my order hasn’t been wrong in the few years I’ve been goin. Worst part is just the parking in the area.Parking: Not a lot of spots
The sandwich maker made my daughter sandwich in less than minute. We were both so impressed; he was making it as I was ordering up front.

I come here once a week on the weekends. They are always polite to me when I get my sandwich and give fast service. If there's ever a sudden surge of people coming in that slows the service slightly, they're really nice and explain what's going on and still get my food to me in good time. Their food always just tastes like a regular sub, which is exactly what I want. Their produce is pretty good.I wish they were open on Sundays, but it's not the end of the world that they aren't.Parking: Small tight parking lot. About 5 spaces. Little hard to navigate.

I enjoy this location because it's super close to my home. I haven't had much to complain about; the food is good and the service is fast. One thing I have noticed though is parking is always pretty tricky at this location. It's really close to some popular businesses so it can be hard to find close parking. Ever time I have visited, the workers seem like they dislike their work atmosphere. I'm not terribly sure why this is, and I hope they are treated well.
