I have a severe gluten allergy and the staff working tonight were so amazing. They remade my sandwich and took precautions to make sure I didnât get sick!! They were so kind about it and reassured me that it wasnât a big deal to remake my sandwich!!

As someone who has worked for both JJ franchises in Utah, Iâm very saddened by my recent order at this JJ. I ordered a #7 very very plain (only oregano, salami , and onion) and never got onion. As someone who likes a plain sandwich, even with one thing missing, it ruined it for me :( I gave feedback on my order, and when I was reached out to, I was called Morgan?????? (My name is Lexi) as well as they got the issue wrong, showing me that they didnât even care to read my feedback properly. On top of that, they put a reward on my app for something âspecialâ that I will never order because I never have. :(

I was really shocked with how Much Jimmy Johnâs quality of sandwiches have declined. I ordered a turkey Tom only to get the picture that I have attached. It didnât have lettuce on it. It had a thin piece of turkey, a tomato and no lettuce. Then the customer service when I went in the door and asked if I could have the lettuce and then asked them if I could buy some extra turkey and cheese they charged me almost 3 dollars. I remember when Jimmy Johnâs used to take a lot of pride in their customer service and have a smiling face, and I was really disappointed in the level of quality they have now

Atmosphere was very off. I've been to this specific jimmy johns before but no time has been as uncomfortable. The worker that had served me had a very aggressive energy, he treated me descently when taking my order, but soon after I heard the same person bossing and yelling at the other workers behind the counter. Even after I got my sandwich. I didn't get his name, but I am quite concerned about the work environment at this specific jimmy johns. Enjoyed the food though. đ

I strongly recommend not going to this location. The last 2 times I decided to go there they didn't honor their rewards. Call me cheap, I don't care but when I've earned a reward, I expect to be able to use it. Instead when I go to this location, they say I can use it, but by the time I get to the window, they change what was stated and ask me to pay full price or that they might let me use the reward but it'll only take off a dollar or 2 from the cost. I don't understand why this Jimmy Johns is the only location I've been to that does this. I assume it's the owner or staff. Regardless, if you want to order jimmy johns ans actually be able to use the rewards you've earned, then try a different location.
