Atmosphere was very off. I've been to this specific jimmy johns before but no time has been as uncomfortable. The worker that had served me had a very aggressive energy, he treated me descently when taking my order, but soon after I heard the same person bossing and yelling at the other workers behind the counter. Even after I got my sandwich. I didn't get his name, but I am quite concerned about the work environment at this specific jimmy johns. Enjoyed the food though. 👍

I strongly recommend not going to this location. The last 2 times I decided to go there they didn't honor their rewards. Call me cheap, I don't care but when I've earned a reward, I expect to be able to use it. Instead when I go to this location, they say I can use it, but by the time I get to the window, they change what was stated and ask me to pay full price or that they might let me use the reward but it'll only take off a dollar or 2 from the cost. I don't understand why this Jimmy Johns is the only location I've been to that does this. I assume it's the owner or staff. Regardless, if you want to order jimmy johns ans actually be able to use the rewards you've earned, then try a different location.

Jimmy John’s - Fast, Cozy, and Delicious!
I love Jimmy John’s, especially when you’re in a rush and need something fast but tasty. If you’re considering takeout, this place is perfect. Dining in is small but super cozy, making it a great spot for a quick meal. The staff at this location were friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus!
Last time I visited, my husband ordered the turkey sandwich (I think it was the Turkey Tom), and I got one of their beef sandwiches. I don’t remember the exact name, but like always, it was juicy, flavorful, and just hit the spot. Their sandwiches are consistently on point.
Definitely recommend Jimmy John’s for a quick and satisfying bite!

Had a carry-out order. Normally I’m notified within 5 minutes that my order is ready. This time it took at least 35 minutes. Staff was friendly but there weren’t any other customers there so I’m unsure about the delay of the order. Was surprised how muggy and humid it was in the store but luckily I was doing carry-out. Order was accurate but the sandwiches were absolutely disappointing. There was very little meat on the sandwiches and the bread was so crunchy and hard, it sounded like I was biting into a Nature Valley granola bar every time I took a bite. May have caught them on a bad night but I definitely was bummed about how poor the experience ended up being this time.
Parking: Plenty of parking because there were no other customers there.

Fresh tasty food and great, welcoming staff. They were friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Ordered food said it was out for delivery almost 30 min go by I'm less than 2 miles from the store. I call the store they can't get a hold of the driver they are closed also at this point. Also my reward was a $4.99 sandwich that ended up still being $8. If I could give 0 stars I would.
