Okay I don't normally leave reviews but the service at this location has gotten pretty bad. I went in twice in the last week or so after not having been to this location for a while. Both times I experienced pretty bad service. I work in customer service and have worked in restaurants so I do understand both perspectives. When I went in the other day, I stood there waiting for the guy with long hair and piercings to finish his conversation with the girl he was working with (which tbh I didn't really mind) but then when he was ready to take my order, he didn't even say anything, just kind of stood at the register. I figured he was ready so I started ordering. He was super unfriendly and overall it was a wierd experience. I don't think he ever said a single word to me and then I ended up just grabbing my drink cup myself since he didn't give me one, he just went back to talking to his coworker. Now its a few days later and I went in again because I was in the area again and normally, I really like going to Jimmy John's. This time there was a guy who actually did greet me when I walked in which was cool. Ya know, the true Jimmy John's experience. Then the girl that took my order seemed to at least take my order in a professional manner despite not being very friendly. But then the blode haired girl that made my sandwich just set my sandwich on the counter and walked away. Didn't say a word. No idea if that's my sandwich or not so I looked at the receipt and it seemed like it was mine so I grabbed it, said thanks... nothing. Not a word. I couldn't tell if they were just stoned or if they really just hate working there but that was the vibe.

Matt is a great guy at Jimmy John’s store 1400 in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He has a great personality and always welcomes us in! Ask HIM to make your sandwich and you will not be disappointed!!! We think he deserves a raise💰

Can be a little loud inside for conversations, but the food is consistently great and FAST!

I have been so impressed by their customer service! I had a few problems and they were quick to make things right. Thry went the extra mile to take care of me and give me extra things. I was very upset and they took the opportunity to impress not just me but my co-workers and do some great PR. Thank you!
FYI - my daughter just let me know that she loves you guys so much because when she had a bad day at school, I would have Jimmy John's delivered to make her day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness.

Went to JJs with the family last weekend and tried out the picklewich! Gee Golly! That is a good samwich! Here's a secret menu hack for you newbies: ask for your pickle "hard and crunchy". Or! If you're like the ol' wife, order it "flaccid and juicy". Up to you! Thanks Jimmy John's for an incredible dining experience, as always!!

Parking: No tesla charging ports :(

Kid-friendliness: Great for the kiddos! we went earlier in the day though so I can't say if it remains that day after dark.

I walked in and ordered a couple of sandwiches. They were made correctly and everything tasted great and was fresh. Really good experience at this location.

Closed at 7 pm on a Saturday despite being listed as open till 9. No signage on the door as to why.

Such a great experience at this location! They pulled together a very large order for us in record time and were happy to do it. Matt and his staff were all very professional and personable. I will always go to this Cottonwood Heights location!

We put in a large last minute order and they were so great! They had it ready on time and they all were super helpful with smiles on their faces! We will definitely be back to this location!

Usually fast and great, but I’m waiting for my order right now with no other customers or online orders. Lots of goofing around by the staff with zero urgency whatsoever.

The service was very friendly, the food was prepared quickly and it was fresh.
