Visited this location last night and I have never been more disappointed with jimmy John’s. I went there because I was in a hurry and jimmy John’s is always so fast. No one was in the store and there was 3 workers there sitting around after I ordered my sandwich. It toke them over 5 minutes to finish 1 sandwich. I always feel hungry after eating jimmy John’s because it’s just mostly bread so I paid for extra meat which they still put hardly any on. The worst part was one of the workers gargled his throat and spit into the trash then proceeded to make my sandwich. Definitely lost my appetite after that. Normally the staff is very friendly and fast but very disappointed from this experience.

My $4000 Caprese Italian sandwich that "shot" at least 1 or 2 hidden full uncooked Peppercorns up my #12 first premolar & SPLIT it IN HALF. Corporate DENIED accountability & said they are not responsible for my claim and now I'm stuck with a HUGE Dentist bill & lots of pain. ~25+ stores in Utah run by a greedy heartless Corp. JUST GO ELSEWHERE! They know they delivered it to me! They deleted that sandwich off the menu now. But they have not heard the last from me!

They prioritize online orders. If you go in, they won’t start your sandwich until 10 min after you order

Thank you for taking quick action on this issue.Just watched whoever drives the black jimmy johns truck hit her employees car and then walk back in like nothing happened. I had to inform the employee that his car was hit. Ridiculous!
