Heard these burgers and fries were good. So, I went to try it and ordered the combo, which I found later I should have gotten a soda but didn't. No big deal, not a soda fan anyway. Fries were good dont know if the saltiness was from the tallow but I liked em. Now the cheeseburger, the beef wasn't bad but I couldn't get a good taste because the bun was so stale. It overwhelmed it and left a bad impression. Will try the other location...... it's in a supermarket so the atmosphere is what it is!

I was in town for a day and had been to Harmon’s once before so I decided to return and try a burger this time. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly and made good suggestions on what to order. I ordered the Cheeseburger with egg. I’d be curious to know the blend percentage of wagyu and choice beef. The burger was moist and delicious and the bun was toasted crispy. Unfortunately, the seating area and toppings/sauce bar area were a mess. They had not been maintained well. It was worse than many fast food restaurants. It was a stark contrast to the aesthetic of their grocery store area. For that reason, I doubt that I’ll return.

Given the price (13.50 for a cheeseburger combo) and all the crowing about taste and quality on the signage, I expected more. The fries were decent and plentiful and the topping and sauce bar was nice, and the bun was decent. The burger itself was wildly installed under salted and surprisingly dry (it was cooked properly, but the beef used is way too lean).

This location is so incredible busy, it’s almost not worth it to get lunch here. But the burgers are so good that I waited 45 mins for one. It has kind of an awkward layout; there’s not much room to stand or sit while waiting for your name to be called. And you can’t go too far because, again, you’re waiting to hear your name called.

I've ordered food a few times. The fries are not good, they are overcooked and too dry. The burger is okay. Everything is overpriced. I won't be back though after how I was treated recently. A male employee came up to me and was rude and said that I'm not allowed to use any sauce or toppings and then he took the sauce from me! How pathetic and ridiculous! So I get to be harassed because the employees are bored and have nothing to do?!?! Really?!?!?! They are never going to get my business ever again. Good thing this happened before I wasted any more money. A company like this won't survive with Mcdonalds or Chickfila around, at least they treat customers decent, and even most Fast food places all give sauces and condiments.I guarantee just burger wouldn't have treated me like this if I were a black or mexican man.

I’ve traveled the world, burgers, being my favorite food. I’ve tried many of them all over. How weird that the best burger on the planet was not in New York City, nor Germany, or any other location, but one block away from my apartment. It took about 10 minutes to cook but the wait was worth it. I nearly cried tears of joy and satisfaction. I spent about $18 on this combo but again, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. YOU NEED TO TRY ONE OF THESE. They give you the burger plain and they have a “Build your burger” bar and it’s got every vegetable and topping you could ever hope or pray to put on a burger. And the SAUCE. don’t get me started on the sauce, the fries sauce, and the chipotle aïoli were the best and I licked the ramekin clean. I am definitely coming back.

Ordered a burger and two fish and chips for vegetarians in the group. Ordered on restaurant website for delivery. The fish dinners were replaced with burgers. Called restaurant. We were told they were too close to closing time and could not cook fish in time. The manager promised a full refund. Never happened.
