Karoo’s is a great place to get a great sandwhich. I usually go for their egg salad, which is amazing, but recently tried their Rueben. It was toasted to perfection! I come all the time!

We discovered the New Karoo today & decided to try it out for lunch. We ordered the French Dip; Turkey & Provolone; & Turkey, cranberry & cream cheese sandwiches. They were all delicious!!! Pasta salad was my choice & the kids wanted the potato salad. We had a sweet tooth & grabbed a few rice crispy treats for the road. The staff was super friendly & accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place & will go back.

Super disappointed as I placed an order online, on their website. When ingot there to pick up my order, I was told they were aware that I had placed my order through their site and that their site was hacked by scammers. They had no order for me and told me that scammers had my money and there was nothing they could do about it. Just had to report fraud on my debit card as my information was compromised through their site. Super disappointed that they are aware of this and haven’t seemed to do anything about it.Thanks a million for being aware and not warning us, it’s been most helpful??

While in the neighborhood I as always looked for something other than the ordinary and preferably of the "Mom and Pop" variety. I found "The New Karroo" and am thankful I did. Had a fresh turkey, cranberry and cream cheese on sourdough with potato salad at a very reasonable price. Very tasty food and friendly service, even scored a "FREE" large rice krispy treat. Great to see another small shop not being driven out by the corporate dives. Visit and enjoy.

Visited for the first time and I'll definitely make it a regular stop! The ladies working were so cool and nice. They were out of the tuna and egg salad I wanted to order (which was totally fine, I came in later in the day). And I was fine with picking something else but they insisted they can make tuna while I wait. And it was worth the wait (which actually wasnt that long of a wait at all)! It was so good and fresh, the potato salad was really delicious. Price was reasonable too. Thank you!

I've been trying to try the local joints and support businesses in the community. New Karroo did not disappoint. The meatball sub was delicious. I'll be back to try the other offerings.

I am very disappointed with today's service. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get two sandwiches. They weren't busy. The server could use some help with her personality. I've always had great experiences before. The sandwiches were great
Sandwiches are Ok. Dressings and salads are packaged. It takes FOREVER to get your food. I actually don't think the people working really know what they are doing. Nothing special here! W9nt be back. PS decor

I ordered a "Turkey Club with no Mayonnaise". I repeated the "no mayonnaise" 3 times. It came SMOTHERED in mayonnaise to the point I had to throw it out. Waste of money. Not a complicated order. Disappointed.

Very good sandwich shop. I forgot to ask for my sandwich toasted. A little expensive, but very large portion size, along with chips and a pickle. It takes a minute for them to make it, but it appears to be because they are putting a lot of work into each one. It was a work of art and very good. One of the prettiest sandwiches I have had in a long time too.
