I went there I ordered to go order they gave me something different they knew what they put my order was not what I ordered it was checking that they unable to sale when I opened it was bad I call them but they where so mad and the lady was rude because she knew she try something bad on me so my advice is please check your order before you go very bad at the end I went back and they gave me what I order she was mad and she gave me a lot of chicken 😁😁😁😁😁 never again this location

Went through the drive through 1 hour before closing planning to order three fill up bowls only to be told they will no longer be cooking fresh chicken strips after 10pm. The person ordering was extremely rude and unenthusiastic as we pulled up to the window they gave us our drinks covered in soda they couldn’t even bother to snap the lids completely on next comes our food BIG SUPRISE *insert sarcasm* our “extra crispy” chicken tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since the nixon administration we were missing our extra sides we ordered when we mentioned this to the young man at the window he snapped saying they were in our meal boxes here comes the SECOND BIG SUPRISE they weren’t there. He couldn’t be bothered to help us in resolving the issue instead chose to have the utter most disgusting attitude towards us for raising the concern. All together I’m very displeased to better kfc.

We traveled from California and this is by far the cleanest kfc I have ever been to. Justin, the black gentleman who was the staff on that day, was super kind and nice that I feel like that I need to write a review about him. He was super responsive to mop the floor, clean the trash bins, and clean up all the tables. He handed us an extra cup just in case that we need two kinds of different fountain drinks. What a nice gentleman!

The service was great! Friendly, accurate, nothing missed. The food quality of the mashed potatoes, coleslaw and the biscuits was good. The chicken tenders were not good. Tough, tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Dining area was nice and clean; beware, the dining area closes at 9 pm. It also doesn’t help when there are only 2 bathrooms and one is broken.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS. They don't stay open for their full posted hours and they CONSTANTLY mess up online orders. After looking into it, the order mess ups are because they are TOO LAZY to make a pot pie if it is not convenient for them. Instead, they will slap together a famous bowl and call it good. I'd think it accidental if my order wasn't correct on the label, but it ALWAYS is: Pot pie on the label, famous bowl in the bag. How do you mess that up 5 times without it being intentional?

The food was delicious. The workers got me food in a speedy and timely manner. They were very kind to me and did good with communicating to me about the order I was waiting on.
Ordered 2 pot pies and they didn’t have them so they gave me famous bowls. My wife and I don’t like those and this was the 2nd time in 6 months they’ve done that. I got the pot pies because they had a deal on them and no delivery fee for Mother’s Day, but this location seems to never answer their phones and never have pot pies no matter what time we go.

Me and my family got food poison from this spot. I can't get an answer from anyone on the phone. The associates have a lack of care for each other and the cash register guy seemed to be the only one willing to work 😕 I'm very not happy. I been sick for about 2 days now. We just got a family meal. I am not going here again.
