Live near this location but have decided to go to another location.several times go inside to order and don't have things on menu like chicken ready during evening rush chicken at a chicken place really but if you want to wait it will be ready in 20 minutes we'll can drive to other location and be home eating faster. Order taker not very courtios. This all reflects on the management not a good person and lacks professionalism. You could shut down this place and not be. Missed

I savored the flavor n texture of chicken pot pie and a rootbeer freeze. Background music was courteously turned down when I said I'm hard of hearing while paying for my meal. While I was eating, a very unkempt street person paced around inside the restaurant n stood over me where I sat alone. That was extremely uncomfortable.

I went ther at 7pm the girl that took my oder preceeded to do what ever she wanted. Ignore me and did not add my coupon. Later said she doesn't now how to put the coupon. When it seem that what she did not want was to take my order because she help just fine the white man behind me.Do better kfcTrainingyour employees better.

I've been to this KFC a few times lately and my patience is running out. The food is okay sometimes but they have served me overcooked and old chicken in the past.Recently this employee named Lana, who acts like a manager is rude and hard to deal with. The first time I noticed Lana she screamed something snappy at a coworker from the back loud enough that everyone heard her. And a few occasions after that, everytime I ask for anything at all, Lana is rude, combative and snappy. The employee named Lana goes out of her way to make everything difficult and actually prevents the customers getting help. A description of Lana is, in her 40s, white, heavyset, brown hair and she might also work drive thru.I'm fed up with this employee, I'm calling corporate headquarters until something is done about Lana. How are people like this getting hired?!?!?!!!!

Tried the chicken wraps. They were freaking small. Got 2 for $5 and I'm glad I also ordered a regular chicken sandwich. The wraps looked like they were for a small kid. Maybe 2 or 3 bites at most. Won't be buying them again. I'll try elsewhere for a chicken wrap.
Out of pot pies. A gentleman ahead of me politely asked to use the bathroom and the lady told him he had to make a purchase. He ended up peeing outside.

I shop at this location quite frequently. And never have I ever been treated with such disregard and disrespect in all the time I've ever shopped here. For one on this day about 10 minutes ago, whoever the drive-in person was she was rude, she didn't ask me anything about my order she just assumed that what I wanted was what was available. I ordered a four-piece and she didn't even ask me whether I wanted crispy or original she just gave me some tired and dried food. Say so long to your good rating
