I hand to rate them a 2 cause the Mac and cheese was fine. But when I opened the chicken nugget box they literally stunk by bad oil, and they were kinda black. Super disappointed. Now I’m stuck at work and don’t get to eat till I get off work so thanks KFC.

The worst kfc in town! I ordered a 16 piece original recipe and it was not original recipe it was under cooked and it tasted like flour no seasonings and super greasy. This happens when the oil is really old and not changed . They offered to replace it but the next batch would have been the same way unless they changed the oil it is deep fried in and they were not willing to do that so I requested my money back and they refused I had to go thru the app and get a case number because it should be a crime they served it to any human. Don't waste your money at this location.

We showed up at about 9:30 PM. The online schedule said they were open until 12:00.m so we figured we weren’t showing up too late for service. The sign on the entry door said they closed at 11:00 so we figured we were still OK. After placing our order, which was extremely difficult due to a blaring language barrier, we were told we couldn’t eat inside because they were closing. After finally receiving our food, with one of our meals being incorrect, (this was at 9:47 PM while the signage at the store said they were open until 11:00 PM) we were basically told we had to leave. Very poor service and communication.

Terrible, I waited there for a very long time at the front desk ready to order and nobody even came to the front to take my order two people were working in the back but didn't care that I was there at the front counter waiting to place an order terrible no service at all the place was empty switch makes me think that's why it's because nobody wanted to come and help them and serve them like a restaurant supposed to

They forgot my side. We were sitting next to a employee entrance door because that's where the super cold air wasn't hitting us. As I was gathering our empty food containers, an employee hit me with the door and made my elbow bleed. Workers need to be more cautious when exiting that door! Now I'm bruised.
