Received the wrong order I asked for a 4 piece extra crispy wing dinner got home and it's a 4 piece original dinner! I wanted what I asked for not the first time this store has messed up my order infact Everytime I go there they get it wrong! Can't leave a photo or I would.

Came here during my lunch. Ordered a chicken meal. Absolutely ridiculous how expensive. They gave me bone in chicken when I ordered tenders and when I went back to get them replaced and corrected they refused and said they would have to charge me for them!!! This place has always been petty and so overpriced for the crappy food!

For the last 2 years I had pretty good luck with service here. The last 2 visits I have had to be refunded. If they ask you to pull forward at the window DO NOT DO IT. Say no or just get a refund because your not getting any food. Save your time.

Worse customer service! Made an order on the app when I went into the store they said they canceled my order. Not only did they charge me for the order, they refused to make my food saying they couldnāt because it didnāt show on their system. I asked to be refunded and they said that they couldnāt refund me as I had to reach out to customer service on the app. I wasnāt looking for a refund I just wanted my food and not to be charged twice! The manager said he didnāt know what to do and refused to make my food. This place has the worst customer service, if I could give them 0 stars I would! Donāt go here!!!

Since they don't care. I went here and they had cockroach crawling on soda machine. I tried be cordial with manager on shift but he didn't seem concerned so I messaged corporate and they don't care to respond. So I'll just make sure everyone knows they have cockroaches because if you see one they surely have more
