Everything about this place is horrible i had to make 3 whole trips there just to get a refund because they kept refusing the last time i went the person at the front kept asking me “whats wrong with it i dont see anything wrong” as she was crumbling my biscuits i called them before i went back and they said they would replace the while meal and they never did the first time back i went was to exchange my coleslaw for corn because i asked for corn as i am allergic to mayonnaise (one of the main ingredients in coleslaw) and in general get my whole meal replaced and she told me that there coleslaw didnt have mayonnaise in it and was refusing to tell me what they put in it and after i got my food back all my buscuits were so flat so i have to travel there a third time to get a refund and they were refusing to do that it took me about 5 minutes just to get a refund because she was trying to convince me there was “nothing wrong with it” as she was touching my food with her bare hands and just crumbling my biscuits and the thing is to they do not wear name tags at this place so i have no idea the person who helped me was she said she was the assistant manager but i dont believe that no assistant manager would treat there customers like this.. when i finally got me refund i didnt even get the full refund for the food i paid for. Colonel Harland Sanders would 100% not approve of this..

Worst KFC in Utah. They were unprofessional and dishonest. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. This is the first time I have ever left a restaurant without ordering do to staff behavior.

Took an extra 30-40 minutes to get my order. Cashier was nice. Mashed potatoes were watered down. Gave me a chocolate chip cake and it was expired with green mold on multiple spots . And I paid for extra sauce and they forgot every single one. They also forgot to add plates. Didn’t think it could get any worse and their is a hair in my chicken

This place needs to get people that can hear or order them some hearing aids asked for 2 of each sides and they didn’t even bother to add it to my order but quick to take the card for the payment.
