They forgot half our meals. The chicken was inedible and stupidly small. They almost forgot one of our drinks for crying out loud. Worst KFC I have ever been to.

Took an extra 30-40 minutes to get my order. Cashier was nice. Mashed potatoes were watered down. Gave me a chocolate chip cake and it was expired with green mold on multiple spots . And I paid for extra sauce and they forgot every single one. They also forgot to add plates. Didn’t think it could get any worse and their is a hair in my chicken

Received the wrong order I asked for a 4 piece extra crispy wing dinner got home and it's a 4 piece original dinner! I wanted what I asked for not the first time this store has messed up my order infact Everytime I go there they get it wrong! Can't leave a photo or I would.

Came here during my lunch. Ordered a chicken meal. Absolutely ridiculous how expensive. They gave me bone in chicken when I ordered tenders and when I went back to get them replaced and corrected they refused and said they would have to charge me for them!!! This place has always been petty and so overpriced for the crappy food!
For the last 2 years I had pretty good luck with service here. The last 2 visits I have had to be refunded. If they ask you to pull forward at the window DO NOT DO IT. Say no or just get a refund because your not getting any food. Save your time.
