I ordered through the app and all the workers were trying to refuse giving me napkins, plates, honey and butter. I had to ask three times for all that stuff. What am I supposed to put in my biscuits? What am I supoosed to use to eat the sides? Am i supposed to wipe my hands on my shirt?
I know the economy is bad but come on. Quit being tight. Thats how you lose customers.

From the moment we walked into the KFC on State Street and 3900 South, we were incredibly impressed. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, a refreshing sight that immediately set a positive tone for our meal. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. It went far beyond what one typically expects from a fast-food establishment; every interaction was polite, efficient, and genuinely helpful, making for a truly pleasant dining experience. A significant part of this outstanding experience was thanks to the manager, Osmar. He was an absolute pleasure – genuinely nice, incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His leadership clearly contributes to the high standards of both cleanliness and customer service at this location. It's rare to encounter such a positive and attentive manager in any restaurant, let alone fast food, and Osmar deserves significant credit for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. And the food! The chicken nuggets were excellent, perfectly fresh even without being cooked to order, which speaks volumes about the quality control. Our mashed potatoes and gravy were also excellent, rich and flavorful, complementing the meal perfectly. Without a doubt, this is the best KFC I've been to in a very long time, and it truly sets a high bar for other locations. We'll definitely be returning to this top-notch KFC.

I do not recommend this place at all. The employees are very rude and ignore us. They said my order would be ready in 7 minutes but it was ready in 25 minutes. Even though I mentioned this delay, they said there is nothing they can do.

Chicken fried steak Wednesdays! Yay! Love that meal.
We stopped in yesterday to get a 12 piece bucket with extra sides. When we got home, there was only 9 pieces of chicken. Not enough. We had to split pieces of a breast and thigh. Bummer for the price we paid! The food was good, but we paid for a 12 piece bucket. Ugh ..

Finger waving BAD! I hadn't been to a KFC for quite a while. Saw the first one, there on 39th and decided to drive through. 5:00 and no line should have been my warning. If the Colonel would have been pushing the product I received, way back when, he would have crashed and burned! Very disappointing. Pretty sure what I payed full price for had been sitting there all day👎 Do better KFC!

I hadn’t eaten KFC in a decade. Tried it today, and the next time I’ll try KFC is never 😂 chicken wasn’t cooked through and had that rubber texture due to that. Plus hot oil shot out of the chicken onto my face. Nasty.. nostalgic run though!
