We ordered something on the kiosk but the kitchen says it was unavailable and offered to give us something at lower price point. They were not able to cancel/refund the transaction either. This is very unacceptable from a big franchise.

Gave this place another chance. After years of avoiding. Well, fries old and cold too salty, Mac n cheese real salty. Chicken original recipe. Skin soft, flour on ends of pieces. Chicken needed to be cooked a bit longer. Asked for plates, didn't get any. Pros: biscuits were fresh.

This has been a (chicken) bucket list item for me for a while. The restaurant is a mini museum with some neat artifacts from KFC history, including one of the Colonel's classic white suits. Beyond that, it's a standard KFC with standard KFC food.

Ordered a famous bowl, worker had issues hearing when I asked if they used tap to pay, that wasn’t an issue, my issue was with mister Santa hat, who when checking my food in the drive thru, starts pointing multiple times to move forward when the drive thru is completely empty like, give me a chance to make sure everything’s right, there attitude is you take more than 10 seconds and you need to get tf out. Meal wasn’t great and potatoes were runny, went back in to ask what that was about and got completely ignored by most staff members after waiting several minutes upfront, these guys are great at avoiding eye contact, anyways after this spectacular service I will most likely indefinitely never dine at this place again, terrible customer service doesn’t take a whole lot to make an interaction go a long way, anyways, very watery mashed potatoes. 0/10

Absolutely inexcusable! I ordered a 12 piece tenders combo through the drive-thru. I was asked to pull up to the stop sign to wait. Then I was asked to pull into a spot up front. Dang near THIRTY MINUTES LATER, a girl came out with 2 orders: the guy next to me and mine. When I got home, I found that the lid on my gravy wasn't properly secured, and more than half of it was now on the floor of my car. But the kicker is... when I opened my bags and boxes, I didn't have my order! Not even similar! I got chicken on the bone and some weird cherry pastry things! I'm willing to bet actual money that the guy in the spot next to me got my order! The wait and the entirely incorrect order are entirely inexcusable! No. Absolutely not. Never going here again.
