Super nice! Had a larger order, arrived early and they still push it up and got it done fast, gave use beverages to drink while we waited, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Jeremiah, the manager, was an absolute delight. Told our whole family it’s the best KFC in Salt Lake- don’t bother anywhere else!!
I usually never write reviews but I really felt like this KFC deserves a review.It’s the first location and it’s beautiful with lots of fun things to see how it all started.The food was amazing and it was ready very fast and the flavors were phenomenal

This is by far the best KFC I have ever been too. Not only is the food always on point but the manager would make the Colonel himself proud. He is always so positive and polite. He run the place so well that I felt he deserved a shout out.

Showed up on Friday March 30 at 10:35 asked for the 4 pcs dark meat chicken meal was told (exact wording) were out of chicken, I asked what else do you have? We're out of everything we literally close in 20 minutes. I replied so you have nothing at all nope cause we close in 20 minutes. It was my first time going to this one it will also be my last and I will be calling headquarters as well. Why keep aopen sign on and the lights if your not going to serve anyone.

This is the best KFC have been to, the atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is top notch. The food is absolutely delicious. The store manager Osmar was very welcoming. Also this is the world first KFC and you can see it from the interior design. It feels like you’re back in the 60s.

I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for Teresa and the Spanish manager I believe he was. I didn’t catch his name. I came in with some of my residence from the nursing center I work at. We had difficult orders (slow and indecisive) also had to order one at a time. This was trouble some for even our residents, your employees were so great to us. They not only treated us with such kindness they made us feel welcomed. It was beautiful to see, we often get the opposite. We almost always get someone who would be annoyed at us, or have the lack of patience to help the physical and mental disabilities “we” have. Today the people we interacted with sure made our day. God bless you two. We will definitely come back, we are so grateful for your great employees. They Made All The Difference Today!!!!!!#thankful #grateful #godblessWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp and handicapped parking. Tho the doors are not automated.
