I purchased a Cajun deep fried Turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. When I got it home I refrigerated it. I followed all of the instructions they sent me home with. I put it in a preheated oven set at 325. I followed the instructions and kept checking the temperature. It was supposed to be a fully cooked turkey but it never reached 165. I took it out of the oven and made a cut between the leg and the breast. The blood just ran out of the cut. After further inspection, I found out that the breast was still half cooked and bloody. This ruined my day. My guests were to have dinner at around a certain time because they had other plans.. Two couples had to leave without eating. The remaining guests had to wait an additional two hours for the turkey to cook. THANKS KFC

I've been seeing the commercials about their new chicken tenders, so i figured why not try them out. Well these are not worth the money they are charging. These are chicken fingers not chicken tenders. My finger is literally bigger or the same size.

This is always my favorite restaurant but today the manager was so resistant with a customer who treated both the manager and the cashier badly. That was so resistant! I talked to the affected person and simply indicated that they did not return his money and that they did not change the order either!
The chicken is always dried out, like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for days. I keep coming back hoping it's better. This last time it tasted stale too. Yuck!

This location does a poor job with their hiring process. I wouldn't recommend coming here during lunch. Even though the website states open they open at 10am, and the time on the door states they open at 10am, the employees sit inside doing nothing. They don't work the drive through and don't open the door. They just sit there watching potential customers.
This location needs to hire employees with better work ethic.

The breasts were dry and distasteful. I ordered a 3pc chicken and biscuit and the meal was a waste. I tried calling back to express my displeasure with the meal and the phone rang until a loud beeping noise took the place of the ringtone. Very disappointed and I can see now why the ratings are so low.
