The best food ever except that new pizza thing I really didn’t like it however, the only bad thing about this restaurant is 2 to 3 hours before closing their out of almost everything they don’t prepare enough to last until they’re open!!!! Then once they run out of food that’s it they don’t cook more. They don’t make your way. They just say we’re out and we’re not making anymore tonight…..just try not to go at the end of the day because their menus is less than 1/2 of what they originally offer! It is very selective of what you can order or eat at that time. Not very fulfilling for me!

Spent way too much money, and didn't get what I ordered.My order was completely messed up, and unfortunately I didn't check before I drove away.Part of my order was missing, and what was in the bag was not food I wanted.
Employees were not very helpful in the drive thru. Took way too long to put an order thru. Would not come back to this KFC.

I only get 30 minutes for lunch and usually going through your drive thru is fine gives me time to enjoy my food. I pulled up today and ordered 8 nuggets I think not really sure he asked if there was anything else and I sat there for 8 minutes waiting for him to reply back and he never did so I just pulled away. And thanks to your very poor customer service today I guess I’ll go without lunch !!! I’ll probably just start eatting at McDonalds. Sara Schneider

Went to the 6960 south highland drive in slc utah ...placed order and was double charged! Supposedly refunded by kfc worker.. took my card and supposedly deleted charge...also had to call my bank and dispute....Now to be more inconvenienced to have to wait 7 to 10 days for my money to come back to my account!

The gentleman came to the window after I'm sitting in the ordering spot in the back it says thank you for coming or please order one you're ready. No one responds after that. You tell him to order you sit there for about 5 6 minutes and then you drive up to the window and you sit there and you honk your horn. There's like 10 people in line and one guy comes to the window on the side where you pick up your order and says we're closed. We're not open during the day. But on your website and on Google it says you're open. Sounds like to me you have a lazy staff that doesn't want to work. Kid with curly hair. And glasses. So you should change your hours to closed if you're closed
