I just bought a bowl to eat inside the restaurant, and I only wanted water to drink. When I asked for a cup for water, they told me they had to charge me for it, even though I’m eating inside the establishment. Am I required to buy a soda to go with my meal? I thought this should be a basic service if I’m purchasing and eating on-site, or am I mistaken?

MR “Madness”

Customer service and employees really just acted like they didn't care or wanted to be there at all. I ended up missing food. They got my order wrong. And just all around will not be going back to this location.

Always the same crap at this location. The system isn't working, the chicken isn't ready, we opened late, we're behind. ALWAYS!!! That's why I don't mess with this spot. Lazy!!!

This was some of the worst chicken I have ever had in my life. Love kfc in general, but this place has the worst. Their chicken pot pie was hot and ok. But the chicken was dreadful.

Waited 10 minutes for dried out chicken, mashed potatoes are off and taste funny like something gross added, something is seriously wrong with this location. Worst KFC ever, they will not get your order right and the food is an embarrassment. Employees must really really hate their boss and or owners. Don’t go here!

We stopped by the KFC/Taco Bell on Sunday night (the 21st around 8:30), and Will was working the drive-through again. Every single time he’s there, he gives the best customer service. He’s fast, friendly, and always has a smile with a little joke that makes the experience so much better.

I work in customer service myself, and I’d love to have someone like him on my team. He absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion! He’d be the perfect person to train others. Employees like Will are rare, and this location is lucky to have him.

Walked inside up to the counter to order. Waited 7 minutes. No one acknowledged that I existed. Three people looked at me. Terrible terrible absolutely horrendous customer service. No one actually came. I just left.

I’ve been in this store a few times. Food is never bad but your cashier lacks a lot of personality. I ran restaurants forever so I always look to see how someone salesmanship is or greeting robotic No salesmanship of the last three KFC have been to of offered me a soda for a dollar and I always take it. Did not take down a name. Just sets food on the counter. They package everything togo even though i didn't ask for it( this os killing your paper costs. Just needs a little fine tuning. Ill be back in a week or so. Good luck on the training

We had no one acknowledged us. We ordered the $7Bowl Fill up without corn. They did do without corn great. There was no Pie Poppers. The chicken was hard. We also ordered $7 3 Tender Fill Up. The tenders were not good, they were skinny. It came with mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit, pie poppers and a drink. There was no biscuit and no potatoes only gravy.
I will take responsibility of not checking before we left. We were very disappointed in the food.

They forgot specific food from my meal and two of our friends meals. I order the 3 piece meal which was supposed to come with 2 sides. I told the worker Potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I never got the potatoes and gravy. My friends never got their coleslaw and their fruit bites. One of them got gravy but no potatoes. Won't be returning to that site.

Col Sanders would be turning over in his grave. The food was BELOW SUBPAR, THE ATTITUDE OF EMPLOYEES TO THE CUSTOMERS WAS PATHETIC, & the KFC app was beyond ridiculous !!!
