Went through drive through, they gave me chicken that sat in the window for long enough I'd rather eat a leg that disappeared in my couch. I got 2 out of 3 legs on my order, and chicken sandwich was so soggy it wasn't worth eating. Asked for my money back and got it. I won't be back to this location.

This location normally doesn’t have issues but man the drive through employee was very rude this evening. Sounded very annoyed when we were ordering then at the window sounded very angry and rude not even asking proper full questions. Instead of “what sauce would you like or any sauces tonight with that” we got “what sauce you want” really unhappy

I ordered an 8-piece bucket of dark meat, no wings. I got four wings, one breast, one leg and two thighs. Somebody needs to train their workers to listen to what people want and not just throw in

Ordered a 3 pc and they gave me the 3 smallest pieces of chicken they had. The "thigh" was the same size as the wing. Not even asking for big, but that was tiny. The workers said they would refund me and charge me for the bigger breast. literally didn’t care. This location is the worst.

Worst location in the city. I'm sitting here at 1045 and there isn't a soul to be seen. Just awful. They should close this location. The company, nor the employees care enough to provide a recognizable level of customer service. Terrible. Simply

Came in at 925pm and they say they can sell wings because they are cleaning the fryers..... but they can't sell 16 pieces of chicken strip. They people working here look dirty. The manager on shift attitude is very poor. The lack of wanting to do their job is a joke. 9 people working but nobody's working. And after all of this ... they shorted me 1 chicken ? strip. I guess they are not able to count to 16. So from now on I'll going to Popeyes!!!! Owner should just close the doors!!

We have been up to this location a lot. Lately it’s been really hit or miss. Tonight (5/2/23) around 6. and it was horrible. I ordered chicken tenders with a side of Cole slaw. I received fries instead. Not a big deal, except the fries were stale. They tasted awful. Shouldn’t they be fresh with what would normally be their busy time? The chicken was hardly edible. It was chewy and dry and i couldn’t even pull it into pieces. Most of it was hard as a rock. Too tough to bite into. The small pieces i got pulled off were chewy. How long was that sitting there? It even looked awful. My husband got tacos and a burrito. They were ok, but not great. The burrito was almost half the size they used to be and yet their prices have gone way up. I can get better value for the money just about anywhere nearby. Restaurants are using the pandemic and supply chain issues as an excuse to provide poor service and raise prices, while cutting back the food. The breading on the chicken was 4x the thickness of the chicken. It didn’t even taste like kfc. We will not be back to this location and may have to give up kfc altogether if they are all this poor quality. Going to KFC used to be a wonderful treat. Now it’s just sad.

The cashier was very slow. He couldn’t find the food on the cash register. The food was out by the time we paid. He didn’t ask if I want the classic or spicy M&C. We ordered the Wednesday night special Country Fried Steak and asked for one of the sides to be M&C and they gave us coleslaw.

This is the absolutely worst KFC!!! Manager and the girls on the crew are disgusting. They are wearing their gloves while fixing their hair and popping pills and taking selfies without changing their gloves when they have to make an order. Our order sat there for more than 5 min before the guy actually gave it to us, which he was frustrated since those girls wouldn't hand it out. There were 2 guys working, 1 in drive thru and one behind counter who actually seemed great. One from the lobby, not in work clothes actually was the one who helped me when the order was wrong and missing food, just to help me out. At least the guys are trying!!! Dont support this store and their disgusting habits! Go down the road to a different store! Maybe those great guys working will find better jobs away from that mess!

Had a great experience the staff was really cool. They took my order before i knew it my was ready they also asked me to try one of their cakes I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I did. that cake was really good . Will be going back for more. I Suggest trying the white Raspberry one !
