Had a chicken pesto sandwich. The bread was very good. The sandwich as a whole kind of reminded of a slightly better Panera. That’s about it.

Our visit to Kneaders started normal… and then it absolutely did not. The line was insanely long, but we waited it out thinking it would be worth it. When we finally got to the counter, they were out of almost everything. We ended up with tomato soup because it felt like the last soldier standing on the menu. Then things got messy. People were trying to order whatever was left, but the whole system was so slow and unorganized that half the customers either asked for refunds or just straight-up walked out. From our table, we watched a family order treats for their toddler. They paid, sat down, and the toddler was basically promised this treat like it was going to change their life. But while they were waiting, someone else came up, bought those exact treats, and the staff handed them over without even checking. So when the original family followed up, the poor worker had to break the news that the toddler’s treats had already been given away. The dad snapped and asked for a refund. The worker looked like they were ready to quit on the spot. He eventually got quiet and left, so I’m guessing he got his money back. To top it all off, the restroom situation was its own mini adventure. They directed everyone to the Chick-fil-A bathroom nearby, which was super busy and honestly not looking its best. But the one by Foot Locker, which is basically the same distance, was way cleaner and way less crowded. Overall, it felt like someone behind the scenes forgot to restock anything, and the workers were stuck taking all the heat. Half the store was frustrated, the staff was overwhelmed, and we just sat there sipping cold tomato soup like we were watching a live drama unfold. I genuinely feel bad for the workers except the manager, who I think is to blame. One star for the food and service but five for the entertainment.

I came in today around 6:30 pm i had a terrible costumer service with Vanessa O she gets the order like i was bothering her giving actitud, she was rude and also why she was using black sunglasses while taking orders? I’m a Server so i know how is to work with costumer all day, and yeah you don’t have to smile all the time but if you’re at front you have to give a SIMPLE basic good service… I waited for my order and when she came with it luckily she didn’t throw it on my face… nothing against the restaurant but Kneaders is not a dollar bakery or at least this is what i think… but anyways i just recommend to re train her or your employees in general… your employees are the face of your restaurant.

One of the worst kneaders I’ve been to. The staff is not friendly. My order was wrong. I am not impressed with this location.

Kneaders is always good for a salad, sandwich, or just picking up a loaf of their delicious bread. I highly recommend the Kneaders in Draper, they do a great job!

The Crack Chicken Sandwich may be the best sandwich I have ever eaten! It's big, so my husband and I shared one along with their wonderful creamy tomato soup, a fantastic raspberry cream cheese pastry, and coffee. Everything was fresh and well balanced, and the people were very friendly. We just got into town for a vacation, and this place was a wonderful welcome!
