Usually it’s fine but today and other times I wait 30 minutes or more and then they say the order was lost, and then they gave it to me in a dine in plate not to go. And one piece is 1/4th the normal size

Wonderful food

Tisha was so helpful! I was in a bit of a rush to get a basket so she stepped away from what she was doing to make a custom gift basket that suited my needs. Awesome service!

Service was incredibly slow and the prices were expensive for the food. Soda machine didn’t have any ice. There seemed to be very few people in the kitchen despite them continuing to take orders. Overall unimpressed and unhappy with my experience here.

I think the workers are so kind! It's really yummy too. Sometimes it takes a long long time to get the food. And one time I got a salad that came with a specific dressing and they ran out and didn't tell me until it was to late which was annoying. It's still yummy and I go here often.

Oh, the fresh baked aroma that permeates through the tiniest gaps in the doors was so inviting that we could not resist the "come hither and take a closer look" feeling that engulfed our every sense. There ain't nuthin' better than a great sourdough grilled cheese sammy, Nuthin'!
We acquired this football shaped loaf of sourdough in Salt Lake City, and wow, just right for a grilled cheese on a well seasoned Blackstone griddle at the house in Southwest Georgia. It's well worth a visit to the Creek City Center. This bakery has way more than just a loaf of sourdough. Go check it out!

I ordered a chicken pesto panini sandwich. It tasted fine except there was no pesto on the sandwich. There were one or two basil leaves but that is not pesto. For what I paid, there should have been pesto on the pesto sandwich. That was disappointing.

There’s a reason I barely come to this bakery. They take forever to get your food out to you. I should’ve gone somewhere else, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt on being speedy. NOPE!

Due to the few employees and the long delay in the queue and in delivering the order........ Exhausting. 12/28/2024. Hire more employees.

Good place to have lunch and they have decent service. Sometimes stretched thin due to occasional crowd, and sometimes out of certain menu items.

Parking: First two hours in the City Creek parking garage are free. $3 per additional hour.

Tables were a mess. No straws. Staff is taking their sweet time when they have a full restaurant. Disappointed.

Stood in line for 20 minutes only to find out they had no more roast beef, avocado, salad dressings besides ranch and one other, and focaccia bread. Got my food without the avocado as expected, there was two pieces of bacon for the entire sandwich and two small pieces of lettuce. Compared to my family’s orders the lettuce wasn’t up to par. Shocked this location isn’t prepared for their holiday season demands.

We waited 30+ minutes only to ask for a refund. When we checked for our food after 15 minutes, we were approached with attitude from the workers. When we asked for a refund, we were approached with attitude. We learned they got our name wrong and so they never gave us our food. Will not be coming back.
