So I was at this place authentic Mexican restaurant I ordered a shrimp burrito. The prices on the Menu Board was wrong. I end up paying $18 for a burrito.
I ordered the breaded shrimp plate. The price was wrong again in the paint $21 for display. I got eight shrimps like a little scoop of rice in a little tiny thing of a salad for that prize the portion of wrong. They’re overcharging for their plates and you’re not getting what you’re paying for
I order six Carne Asada tacos no complaint on that they were good
I went back in order a kids meal for my granddaughter on the Menu Board is at six dollars for a cheese quesadilla I end up paying $11 for a quesadilla and it was a little tiny tortilla Harley any cheese
I ordered a Milanesa chicken torta the price on the menu was 1299. I ended up paying $18 for a torta and some fries.
What I’m trying to get is that over charging the prices on the Menu Board are not correct. You get to the window you’re paying for six dollars more and a fortune on the food for that price. It’s horrible. You get nothing for $21. I hope the owner sees this message at the end. I spent $90 for five things. I was gonna go back in and say you know why just give me my money back here your food, bud man overcharging you hardly get any food for the price very disappointed I will not. I will not go back in there.

Horrible service. Went in for breakfast with my girlfriend and was greeted with a snarl, was given a menu, told to sit down, and was never followed up on after 10 minutes of waiting. Food might be decent, but service, at least in the morning, is deplorable. Went down the street to Gallo Loco and had a remarkable experience. I don’t recommend Taqueria La Autentica just on service alone.

A tall girl with glasses and tattoos on her right arm, was so rude, made me and my family feel like unwanted. She threw the money at me when paying my kids even ask why she treated us this way. Like if our money didn't matter. It sucks when you see Hispanic people treat you like this, you work in a Mexican restaurant and if you dont like working here, then don't. Bad customer services. And when i go inside and complain the manager that said was the manager didn't do nothing.

They changed the portion sizes. The bowls of Menudo are so much smaller and it's pure juice and not much menudo. FYI

Hands down my favorite tacqueria in SLC!! From the chips and salsa to every taco on the menu, it is all delicious!
It was a good, pleasant and calm place and I remind you of those moments when we were in your country and the food was very delicious, they are very friendly. Please tip them, they have great patience ???
