I went in last night around 9pm to get a pizzas and wings. When we walked in there was a teenager at the register giving his friend a free pizza while we had to wait for pizza and wings to be made because they didn't have anything ready but he had a pizza for his friend ready that he didn’t even have to pay for. While us the paying customers had to wait for the food to be made we had to wait 10 minutes some other customer left because nothing was “hot n ready” like you guys claim for it to be. Ive always came to this location but recently it hasn’t been how it used to be I don’t know why but it’s very disappointing. And a lot of homeless people outside the store as well I feel like the store could do and be better like it used to be.

Ordered one pizza and took way too long for one pizza when of these ordered, they got their pizza before us customer service really bad. Why does it take longer than 20 minutes to make one cheese pizza can’t do nothing people really rude. And they will get your order wrong

I have ordered 2 times in the past 2 weeks from this location since it is the closest to my home. The first order I did came raw most of the way through on both pizzas i ordered. the 2nd time I ordered one was barely cooked through and i had asked for light sauce.... it was almost no sauce! whoever is running this location really needs to train there employees or themselves.

Went there tonight. It was busy, which was not that big of a deal. Was told it would be a ten minute wait. I saw a pizza in the slot but figured they’d know better than me so I said okay. Waited for twenty minutes, whatever. What made me mad is that the pizza they made fresh for me they gave out to the person who happened to come at the 20 minute mark for the same pizza, then they turned around and gave me the pizza that had been under the lamp for the twenty minutes. Beyond upset at the service and the quality tonight.
