Our Pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Couldn’t see any raw dough but it was very anemic looking and the vegetables were still crunchy ( veggie pizza). Not as good as I remember Little Caesar’s pizza being. Disappointing because I was craving it.

The consistently get my food wrong. Like not enough sauce, or not extra most bestest crust. Or stale tasting pizza. Its decent but hitup another little caesars.

Hands down… Not even close, The worst little Caesars pizza arguably on this entire plant. I’ve never in my life, purchased a pizza that was so bad that I threw the entire circle in the trash. This place is absolutely diabolical 🤢🤮
The biggest rip-off is there crazy puffs!!! the crazy Puffs are tiny little circles that are bite-sized!! they're more for a kid🫤😡 then an actual adult like myself,Don't waste your money on these!!! it would be better just to go get a big bag of pizza rolls and also I went into ask how much a soda was twice and all the guy does was ring it up and so I got the crazy Puffs and a soda and I didn't ask how much it was until after I paid for it like a fool,..,😓😭 it rang out to be $7.73 the biggest ripoff ever! Soda was $3.99 when it should have been $1.75 😵💫😵🤬 this will be the last time I'm ever doing this.....can get better deals elsewhere

Normally I don't care about poor service here and there I've worked customer service jobs for years. I get it but this location sucks so much, the staff sucks...everytime I order from here something is wrong or they actually FORGET to make my order. Once again...i had to wait because it wasn't completed and I wasn't even started when I arrived...The app confirmation said it would be ready by 5:59-6:04 but then the app said my order was ready at 5:40 and then I got an email confirmation stating the same thing. I got to the store at 5:50. The screen showed my order was done so I entered in my code 013 no pizza was in the box I asked when my order would be ready the app said it was. The person at the front desk said it's almost ready. I processed to wait patiently for 15 minutes and watched 10 people come and go. I finally went back up and had to stop the front desk guy from disappearing and asked excuse me but how long until my order is ready? Guy goes oh let me check ...um ok? After a few minutes he comes back and goes it's coming now it's coming....5 minutes later I get to leave. When I first arrived the staff should have been honest and said they forgot to Start it (AGAIN!!) or the app was wrong. Still would have sucked but almost ready does not equate to 20+ minutes.
When I got home more disappointment, it's the wrong order yet again. I ordered 1 stuffed crust and 1 Slice N Sticks. I got 2 Slice N Sticks. I called to get a refund for the missing pizza but the lady who answered insisted I come back and get a replacement. Sorry but I don't have time to do that, it's a Sunday night then I was told to call back and press option S to speak with the manager for a refund.. S??....there is no option for S. I tried anyways, I was right there isn't an option for S. I tried other ways just to see if I could get the manager nothing. At this point I'm pissed off and it sucks knowing that complaining about it wouldn't make anything better anyways so I gave up. It is NOT hard to time manage, be honest, provide some kind of sufficient customer service and read a damn screen. The employees should REALLY stop marking orders as done before they even start them, this has happen SEVERAL times at this location or my order just some how disappears. If this is an app issue then the employees should at least voice that.

This location used to have good service but now I will avoid it at all costs. Ordered online and was told it was ready. Showed up 5 minutes later and it was not ready. I waited 15 minutes as it appeared that they started making it after I arrived. The food is what you expect but the service is horrible as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Little Caesars, can you do anything to help this location?

The food at this location is the same as at the other branches, but the service from the lady at the front was very bad and she seemed to be in a very bad mood. I don't know why. As a Hispanic person, she treated another Hispanic woman poorly just because I had some questions and my English is not perfect. Even though this branch is close to my house, I would not go back there. If she doesn't like her job, it's not the customers' fault. Thanks!
Long wait! NO CHAIRs!!! Won’t come back! I’m old and can’t stand for a freaking half hour waiting for crappy pizza!!!

Quality has gone wayyy down. Ordered a deep dish pizza and they basically gave me a flat square pizza. I don't think they really care about quality issues because they know idiots will keep going back. Well played Little Caesars.
