This has to be the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to but it's cold hard breadsticks tiny ones and cold hard melts it will cupcake looking things I called them the manager there and he acted like he didn't speak English or understand I complain about his food and he's off so what do you want me to do about it and I talk to him and he said they're on the line saying nothing I just until I hung up. I paid around $18 for 2 hours of breadsticks two little things is some crazy sauce I would not go here or get anything from this place if you paid me now they're rude the food sucks and it's time maybe something else moving to that location that considered the people better come on now $18 for bread and those little cheese and bread

Every time I do an online order for an item, they just give me a Hot and Ready item that is ready, but most definitely not hot. I don’t understand. If I wanted a cold pizza, I would just walk-in and grab one. I’m ordering a “new item” online for a reason. I literally threw away my pizza I bought today after three or four bites. When I order a new item, make me a new item!! I’ll willing to wait!

Horrible customer service, employees in the back talking, and they don’t care to come and check the counter. Got an email that my order was ready for pickup, 10min drive, got there, my order is not ready, asked about it, they told me they are getting out of the oven, asked why my order was marked as ready, and the lady just walked away, waited another 10-15min, and they finally brought my order. This isn’t the first time this happened to me. 0 stars if I could.

I got a cheese pizza that had no sauce on it, so I called and they said I could bring it back and get a new one, then when I get there they were very rude and confrontational and it still barely had sauce so I asked for a marinera sauce and they harshly said that I’d have to pay $1.80 or whatever but I had to because it still had no sauce. Terrible experience.

Usually my experience here is 4-5 stars. I only use mobile ordering and usually everything goes smoothly. Tonight, I placed my usual order and arrived at the store. Typically the order would be ready at this time, but it wasn’t, which was fine since I arrived a few minutes before the arrival time and they were a little busy. But I soon found out that they hadn’t even started on my order until I got there which was disappointing. The girl who helped me was dazed and inattentive. Many other people in the store had problems with their orders, like missing entire pizzas or other items with almost every order. I got my pizza about 15 minutes after the arrival time. I had to tell the employee my name multiple times before she allowed me to take my order, like I was speaking another language, which was strange and just made me more frustrated. When I got home, I noticed that the center of my pizza had almost no cheese or sauce on it. I kept my review up at 3 stars because this seems like a one time problem. I hope they continue with the good service I’ve experienced previously and train their employees or staff the store better.

I received a notification that my online order was ready for pick-up. I entered my code only to find that my order was not in the slot. I asked about this and was told it would be ready soon. I waited another 15-18 minutes before it was actually ready. Why is the notification to pick up being sent so much sooner than actual pick up time? I have not encountered this issue at other locations. I will not be visiting the 3292 E Richmond St. Little Ceasers anymore.

I've given this store multiple opportunities to do better and every time myself or my room mate orders, it appears the quality and service keeps declining. Tonight, my room mate ordered a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA SAUCE AND LIGHT CHEESE. He text me saying he had to wait additional time because the alert he got that his pizza was ready, was wrong (a tactic they have been using at this store recently)-- the pizza was still being made. If the store wants to cheat their order timer, fine, whatever, not my business. However, when he received his pizza they gave him EXTRA CHEESE and LIGHT SAUCE (they did this to me last time I was there and I'm lactose intolerant). So, he complained and told the manager that's not what he order. He could hear the kitchen staff yelling asking, "Why doesn't he like the pizza"? So, they remade the pizza. He gets the re-made version and they definitely gave him extra sauce, but I guess decided to throw a temper tantrum and SPRINKLED cheese on the pizza. It's basically bread and sauce with pepperoni and a slight sprinkle of cheese. I've witnessed their attitudes myself last time and said I wasn't ordering from here again-- i'll order from Big Daddy's on 3300. My room mate isn't even eating this. He threw it away and just drove off to grab food from somewhere else. Never going here again. This store has really declined.
