I'd never been to Loftes but it was my Mom's choice for her Bday dinner. The food was middle of the road (my medium rare NY steak came out well done). The service was painfully slow despite only one other table and only a few patrons at the bar. I thought the atmosphere was pretty alright for a smaller bar/grill. The kicker, what actually got me to write this review, was the server decided to adjust my tip from an undeserved 20% to an even less deserved 30+%. If you do choose to eat here I'd pay cash or keep an eye on your credit card statement.

No beer on tap. Bottled beer was overpriced. I drank the last 2 corrona's they had. Empty bottles of liquor on shelfs. Struck me as a place that was getting ready to go out of business. Won't go back.
