I WAS IN THERE A TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES THURSDAY NIGHT. THE SMELL OF VOMIT WAS ATROCIOUS, PEOPLE WERE LITERALLY GAGING FROM THE PUTRID SMELL. VERY UNSANITARY, PUKE ALL OVER THE FLOOR, PEOPLE STEPPING ON IT AND SPREADING IT, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CLEAN IT UP . I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ALSO VERY PACKED, NO WHERE TO MOVE. THERE SHOULD BE A LIMIT OF THE PEOPLE YOU LET IN.

The food has severely gone down hill in the last few months. Each dish was sub-par, and so were the sauces. Super disappointed that the miso chicken tastes and looks very different from how it used to. The scallops were nice but the dish was so plain and the presentation poor. The boneless wings were also disappointing, and the mashed potatoes had a weird aftertaste. We probably wonât go back again, which is sad because we have loved eating at London belle in the past!

We were sort of blown away at how bad the food was here. Really surprised especially after reading good reviews. The fish and chips were so dry and chewy, and for $26 you get two 1â x 4â pieces (I forgot to take a photo). My scallops were on a bed of super dry, cold rice with zero flavor and on the other hand, the scallops were nearly inedible with how much seasoning was on it. I had to scrape it off with a knife.
My response to owners reply:
Thank you for your response. I understand that unexpected staffing issues can create challenges and I appreciate the effort to address them. However, as a customer, I still paid full price for food that was clearly not up to standard. In situations like this, it wouldâve been more fair to adjust pricing or inform guests about the situation beforehand so they could make an informed decision. Iâm glad to hear youâve taken steps to improve, but unfortunately, my experience was not reflective of the quality your reviews suggest. I hope future guests receive the level of service and food that you aim to provide.

Unfortunately, when you get a terrible cocktail, it really just ruins the whole experience. My husband and I both ordered the Bourbon Daddy and sadly it was awful. The bartender didnât use High West (it was on the bar shelf) instead used Buillet - didnât tell us it was being switched it out. If there was an issue, I would have called a different one. Then, he added a bunch of simple syrup (not mentioned in the ingredients) on top of the Aperol. Served with a cube but warm and so sweet it was not drinkable. Needless to say, we left unfinished drinks. Real bummer on a date night with my husband.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the live music-saxophone-player is was amazing, (and an unexpected surprise). The craft cocktails were delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful and very good, however it was a bit pricey compared to the up scale bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, our bartender seems to be more interested in talking to the other staff, instead of paying attention to his customers. We had to wait to order drinks, we waited and waited to order food, and he had a really difficult time checking back to see if we needed more drinks. When the food arrived, the bartender had gotten our order wrong, but he was quick to correct it. The scallops, the fennel salad, the calamari, and the miso chicken were delicious. We did inquire about gluten-free options, but our bartender didn't seem to know what "gluten-free" was, and had nothing to suggest. It would be nice to have gluten-free indicated on the menu. (Also, the online menu was different from the in person menu. Not a big deal, but it should be updated.) Overall, we had a really nice experience and were very happy with our food and drink selections. We will be coming back with friends.

Ate here before a theater performance, which was only a 3 block walk. The unassuming large metal door leads you inside. Nice bar and ambiance with some live music on a Friday nite. Had the bison, bottle of Zinfandale, and dessert. All ate well with attentive service. Table and chairs we sat in were VERY low to rhe ground bordering on uncomfortable. We'd go back another nite to enjoy the music and sit elsewhere.

Good espresso martini and a great Moscow mule. Super cute theme inside, I imagine it gets packed on the weekends. Had a great playlist as well and they said there is a DJ at times on the weekends. Very nice place for a good photo op or a quick well made drink.
Very extremely non-exclusive , we got yelled at because our friend a QUEER man was near us in the bathroom. Why be so disrespectful and over priced for some MID CLUB. In this day and age, this is so ridiculous. Literally NOTHING was wrong. Yelling at us women⌠WHY ARE YOU SCARED.
GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK SINCE YOU ARE SO SCARED OF EXCLUSIVITYâŚ
