The Ring of Fire burger is awesome if you like spicy food. Habanero peppers in the middle, so know what you're getting into. Garlic & rosemary fries were great. Good beer selection on tap, Bohemian black lager was solid. Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

The experience at Lucky 13 was awful, mainly because of the hosts. When we arrived, there were over 15 empty tables outside, yet we were forced to wait at the door. We explained that three more people were on their way, and they told us that due to “policy” we couldn’t be seated until everyone arrived. The outdoor area was completely empty, and still, they made us wait 15 minutes standing at the entrance while all those tables sat unused.
Finally, when they did seat us, I specifically asked to sit outside. Instead, they placed us in the middle of the restaurant, sharing a table with strangers—even though there were plenty of empty tables outside. That was the final straw.
I don’t know what happened to this place that used to be excellent, but now it’s mediocre at best. Between the hosts’ lack of judgment, their ridiculous policies, and zero common sense, the entire experience was ruined. We left, and I will never return to Lucky 13 again.

I been coming in for years and had no problems with both their food or service, but this time we were denied service simply because the server felt uncomfortable due to the fact that we dont tip enough and hes unable to make his hourly wage.
I dont mind tipping more, and if that is a cause of concern then simply voice out the thought and we can work something out.
I still love the place and the food is great so I still highly recommend it.
Am sure the server had a bad day so no harm no foul.

Very good burger. Parking was limited and I parked in empty former bees lot and was hit with a $65 diamond parking ticket. Don’t park there! But back to the food. Very good burger and good veggie burger and awesome onion rings! I’ll be back.
