I just walked in to pick up our order. I walked in past a woman vaping right outside of the entrance door. While I was paying for my pizza this woman walked into the store, put her vape pen down on the counter next to the register, walked back and started preparing pizzas without washing her hands. None of the other coworkers seemed to care. She was a large woman with dyed orange hair.

VERY frustrating experience, which is sad because I used to love this place. I just sat there and waited while there were four people behind the counter. They just plain ignored everybody in the lobby, and then when I did get checked out by somebody that just got back from deliveries they weren’t very nice either. Please get better help so that I can come back here, what has happened to customer service?!?

The first time I had Marco's Pizza, it was the best pizza I have had. The last time I had Marco's Pizza, it was the worst I have had. We got delivery, it was the the wrong order. We waited over an hour to get our pizza. It was very cold and tasted like it had sat for a long time. Almost as if they gave us the one we ordered over an hour before.....we didn't want extra pizza, just the right one the first time. I won't be ordering pizza from Marco's anymore 😕

Delivery execution was highly efficient, fast and temperature-optimized upon arrival. Structural integrity was notable, avoiding the common ‘flimsy crust’ issue seen across industry peers. The BBQ chicken pizza delivered strong overall performance, exceeding baseline expectations. I look forward to the future expectations of the product line.

The last 3 times I have gone to this location. They have gotten my order wrong in some sort of way as well as when my order has been for delivery, he even asked me if I wanted to tip the driver and when I declined and said, I would pay cash, change the order to pick up. So me and my children waited over an hour. For our last order. Won't be coming back.

I placed an in line order 50 mins later I called the murray, ut location asking about my order the guy that answered said they're busy they hadn't started my order and it would be another 20 mins maybe more or I can cancel it but I won't be refunded
Very good pizza! I always forget about Marco's! Little Caesars gets old quickly & Dominos is insanely expensive & pales in comparison to Marco's. Marco's for the win!

Very clean place, which I always appreciate! We had the pizza bowls. They were really good, I might ask for a little lighter sauce, but it was very good tasting and no crust so that was great!
