Very clean place, which I always appreciate! We had the pizza bowls. They were really good, I might ask for a little lighter sauce, but it was very good tasting and no crust so that was great!

Giving Marcos a 1 star because we ordered online and we got a pickup time. Went to pick up our pizza and guess what! it’s been over an hour and we are still waiting here. PATHETIC.

I’m guessing Marcos is going to get an influx of negative reviews after tonight, so I’m here to give 4-5 stars for the pizza, 0 for everything else. The pizza is delicious, but some constructive criticism is warranted. The situation: Marcos is SO busy tonight. At one point there were 11 of us waiting in the lobby for our pizza. The employees are hustling, no doubt about that, but the biggest issue tonight is the person at the register is consistently telling every single person that their order will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Ive now been waiting here 40 minutes. Multiple door dashers have left without pizza. It’s a real mess. Here’s a couple suggestions: 1– do NOT tell people it will be 5-10 minutes when it obviously will be longer. I’m pretty sure they hadn’t even started the 4 orders before me when they told me 5-10 minutes. 2- get a smarter website that can give a realistic wait time instead of always defaulting to 20-25 minutes. 3- turn off your door dash orders for 30-45 minutes when it’s this busy.

These guys just made me the worst pizza I think I’ve had. 12/7 11pm Philly pizza small. Forgot the sauces and barely cooked the thing. And there is no cheese
They were fast at delivering however I'd rather wait an extra ten minutes to not have the pizza undercooked and very doughy

When they get it right, it's good pizza, but as they say, the devil is in the details. I order delivery rom this store regularly for awhile, about two years, but they cannot seem to get an order 100% right, ever. Usually, it's just the dipping sauce. forget it, you'll never get it. dont even bother adding it to your order, because it will only lead to disappointment. My other regular problem is that the pizza is often cold or lukewarm, like it's been sitting for awhile before its delivered. From here on out, I'll order delivery from elsewhere. Pickup here, no problem, just double check for your garlic sauce before heading home.
