Maybe it was an off day for them, but delivery took 2 hours and the food was cold. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pizza was ordered and paid for on the phone. When we arrived were told there was no order. They were extremendously RUDE. Saying I ordered it at a different Marcos. When I gave them the number I spoke to, which was correct for the Murray location. Then they insisted I produce a screen shot of the Amex charge. mysteriously the manager arrived with our order

Bought 2 pizzas. First pizza had a hair rapped around the sausage- all meat pizza. Fine, I’ll start with the hot honey pizza. 4th slice into it and another hair underneath the cheese after a bite. 2 separate pizzas. Threw them both in the trash. Very disappointed. Wasted my money.

I ordered a medium garden pizza for delivery and got the wrong order… no big deal, I understand mistakes happen, however, I wasn’t prepared for the worker I called to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me? He said that he didn’t know how to issue a refund and to call back tomorrow. I asked if they could just make the right pizza and send it my way and he said no. He didn’t even try to help. He expected me to just eat what I got, which would still require a refund because the difference in cost of the pizzas is about $6. I get not being able to issue a refund if you don’t know how to, but there’s absolutely NO reason why they couldn’t just make another pizza and send it. I couldn’t eat the one they sent because it was a pepperoni and swimming in grease… the opposite of a garden pizza (what I ordered). I’ll be calling for my refund tomorrow and I won’t be ordering from Marco’s again. I’ll be updating with how the refund process goes.

I ordered a pizza from this location, it took 2hrs 10 minutes to get here,when the delivery guy actually got hereI asked him for a refund, then he freaked out got in his car and took off, so no pizza and no refund! I've tried to call but they won't answer the phone. I've had nothing but problems with this location, will never order here again!

Food is great and people are great. The only big complaint is the ordering ahead service. 3 times I'll go pick up an order and the won't have it started until I get here. I get that this will "guarantee fresh" the pizza, but I don't mind it a little not fresh if it saves me 15min of waiting.

I'm not sure what has changed because this place used to be very fast and had great service. Now I've been there 3 different times where I sit in the drive through for 15 minutes and get completely ignored and have to go in to pick up my order that's been sitting there done. The food is always great but something needs to change with their staffing and customer service.

The pizza is very good (except that the deluxe has only 2 meats and no olives - comparing to other restaurants). The service has always been friendly, but they really struggle to give an accurate estimate of how long it will take to prepare a 1-pizza order.
