The food is always good, not great but good. The service is always sub par. One time we waited 15 minutes, saw 2 people working neither of which bothered interacting with us it was well within operating hours so we left. It seems like all of the dishes are premade. If you want to customize anything they want to fight you on it or just tell you no.

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy. Dairy is hard to avoid in most places but it is extremely hard to avoid here

We bought the turkey and ham full Thanksgiving feast. It did not disappoint. The way to go if you are short on time but still want the taste of home

I went into Marie Calendars to buy a chocolate satin pie. I thought I would get it fresh rather than frozen in the grocer's. It should be better. Right? NOPE!! I walked in and requested one. The one they had on display was dressed up with curled chocolate shavings in the middle and with whip topping around the edges. That's what I bought. Right? Again, nope! I paid 5 times the price I would at the grocers, 5 times. When I got home and opened the box, there were no chocolate shavings, no whip cream around the edges. REALLY?! REALLY?!!! Just the pie with NO dressed up toppings like they showed in their glass display at the counter. I had to take the time and expense to dress it up myself.
WHAT A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
I will NEVER, EVER buy another pie from their restaurant again. I knew I would pay a little more than at the store. But, 5 times the price? And the pie from the restaurant was plain and ugly. How deceiving for them to put the dressed up one on display and not deliver the same to their clientele.
We learn a lesson everyday. Today I learned to just go to the store to buy the chocolate satin pie and NEVER AT THE RESTAURANT. The one at the grocery store IS dressed up with the chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
Come on Marie Calendars. REALLY?!!!!
There was only a one star rating. I would have given them a -10 rating. :(

Very disappointed in my Banana cream pies we purchased today when we cut the pie and went to eat it there was no flavor it was a bland taste we have never had this problem before we love getting our pies from here but I don’t think we will any longer especially after spending money on pies you expect to be good and they are completely disgusting. Not sure if it was a bad batch that was made but definitely not worth the money spent.

Thanksgiving dinner was a set menu of either turkey or ham. Very average and was $30 a person. Included cornbread, soup or salad, and slice of pie (pumpkin or apple).

If you want to eat the most bland, basic food, with no ambient music and maybe get seen by your server twice. Go here.

I ordered a pie for the day before thanks giving, I ordered a week in advance .I get a email telling me what time to pick it up. The pie was not ready and I had to wait over a hour for them to tell me it would be another hour unless I wanted to take the whipped cream and decorate it myself when it cooled. I had no tips so it was ugly. For the price of $25 for a ugly pie is horrible. I'm so disappointed.

3 ladies leaving said Thanksgiving dinner was ok. Not cooked from scratch or pies either. Recommended I eat elsewhere. I ate at mimi's instead. Good.

This place is so good and was happy to come back cause it’s been a few years. We had the pot pie with a slice of pie and the meatloaf sandwich on Parmesan bread and it was so GOOD! So glad they are still here and ordering my pies for thanksgiving which I have done for a few years now and they have always been great. 😊

It was a Thursday night and was busy. We had a mixture of servers that ranged from great to gross. A nice enough woman, but smelled of cigarettes and was coughing frequently. The food was good for most of us. Mine was delicious (broccolichickenAlfredo), but my girlfriend didn't care for hers ( pot roast). The pie was also a mix of good and not so good.

They were very slow to get my food out even though there was hardly any other patrons in the building. I waited almost 30 minutes for the small salad and half a sandwich

We stopped by to pick up two pies for a get together. The pies were delicious but we had to wait at the front counter for about 15 minutes before anyone came back to see what we needed.
