SLOW service, mediocre food.
Brought salads out with dinner. Took forever to bring the pie, brought the wrong one and took even longer.
They weren't busy, the service was just terrible.
They had a salad bar, but we didn't bother. It was SAD. The ranch is nasty, and tasted like Kraft! 🤮
$60 was a complete waste!
I won't be going back for dinner.

Just bought 3 pies to go, and me being in a hurry and distracted with other things I forgot to look at them. Kahlua cream cheese pies start to split when they are days old, this isn't acceptable when you charge me 24 dollars for a pie.

It was a delivery, food was missing and the items that made to our house were horrible. We would of been better off getting frozen dinners from the grocery store. Never again.

My order was miserable; one item missing, soups tasted like canned soup, pie slices are the size of a cookie. Overall a very bad experience.

Best old fashioned place to eat, and last one left in Utah. There steamed vegetable plate and chicken fried steak. Great ambience old brick building. Worth checking out.

I understand why there is only one of these in Utah. Should have known better when the waiter said that they just eat salads. To be fair, the salad was good and the strawberry pie was good too. Water was tasty too. The shepherd pie was promising but had slimy fatty chunks in it. The chocolate pie tasted old and was half dried, like it had been sitting in a fridge for days. The pot pie was awful. We were astonished as to how something as famed as pot pie could be so disgusting. It was such a disappointment. It truly tasted like it was from a can and prepared the week before and left in an old dirty fridge. If the dirty floor was any indication of the kitchen, well, save yourself, get just the salad and bring a pot pie from the freezer to have microwave. I still love the frozen Marie Callender's, rather it be pies or pot pies, etc.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. We got here from Florida and went here for dinner. It reminded me of a Village Inn style restaurant. The cornbread was super dry…the roast beef sandwich looked like it had seen better days. The potato soup was really good.
The while vibe seems down when you walk in. There were only two other groups there so it was dead..no music or nothing..
Interesting place…

This place is a gem and very nostalgic.
Their menu is simple and makes you feel at home.
Staff is very kind, large menu and specials to please even the pickiest eater.
Unfortunately this is the ONLY M.C in the state of Utah which is sad, i remember coming here as a child with my family.
The pies are the best thing, they have every day pies and seasonal pies. Most meals comes with a slice of pie.
Go and enjoy a meal and a pie.
Thank you staff for always being very welcoming.
This place has lots of parking, its right on the corner and across from St Marks hospital you cant miss it!

I bought a German chocolate pie with meringue topping for my wife’s birthday and it was delicious.
In my opinion they only know how to do pies. As far as a sit down restaurant....unfortunately Marie calendar just doesn't measure up anymore. The service was not good, and the food items in the salad bar were semi frozen. Won't be going back.
