Excellent spot top to bottom!Cheery and helpful waitstaff, delicious food (I grabbed the spicy chicken sandwich), fantastic tunes (full blackbraid record), and just an overall great atmosphere. They don’t sell any beer/alcohol, but that shouldn’t have been a surprise.I’ll be back again next time I’m in SLC to be sure.\m/ \m/

The food was fantastic. We had several omni eaters and they all enjoyed the dishes. The portions are actually adult sized unlike so many other restaurants these days. The chopped cheese and garbage hash were my favorites.Staff was friendly and helpful. They had an event that night so there was a live band prepping for the first while we were there, it was extremely loud, we didn't care for that. Tables felt sticky/greasy. Low lighting.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan.

I got the chopped cheese with animal liberation fries. I was very happy with the taste and amount of food. I always come here for the shows and never really got to try the food but happy i finally did.

These people have the best fries in the whole city. Always hot and crispy right out of the frier. Their pepperoncini sandwich is a delightful surprise. I didn't think peanut butter, banana peppers, and vegan pepperoni would be a good mix, but I was proven wrong. It's my favorite sandwich there now, and you've got to try it. Their milkshakes are great, too.The atmosphere is perfect. There are lots of fun markets and events held here, so be sure to ask the servers if there's anything fun happening there on the weekend. Very queer friendly place, too, and open to all who are respectful.Parking: There is a paid lot that is immediately north of the diner. There are both free and paid spots on the street.
During our only day in SLC we visited and I was so thankful they offer breakfast at odd hours bc that is what I was craving. I got the garbage pile item and it was exactly what I wanted. The BF got a sandwich and was so thrilled he wanted to come back for dinner. I imagine the vibe is VERY different in the evening but it was chill during the day. Minus one star bc they were out of Uncrustables which are the main ingredient in a special milkshake, we werent the only patrons who tried to order it but couldnt try it.

This is a dark place, with mounds of made from scratch vegan food. Food was good. Place was busy. Plenty to bring home.

It’s a very small restaurant where you seat yourself. We found a picnic table in the back which was perfect. I had the ranch chicken and added Buffalo sauce , it did not disappoint. I also had the cookies and cream milkshake, very solid choice. The server was nice and helpful with all my friends questions. This is a great locally owned vegan place that I recommend you trying, that sandwich is going to be craveable.Vegetarian options: This is a vegan restaurant so…:

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. The food was mind blowing. Absolutely loved it. And the decor was great. Staff was so friendly. I'm sad that we were only in utah for a little while and probably won't be back. I would love to have a place like this in my home town.

Eclectic eats with a live band venue in the back. The food is great (lots of vegan options), the vibe is cool, the music (at night) is loud and hip, and the library on counterculture topics--from unions and civil rights organizing to punk rock history--is the cherry on top.
