This place is a well branded Red Lobster. The food is over priced for the quality that they are providing. I haven’t been to RL since I was a kid but could bet it’s probably a better value and more consistent. We presented our IDs as all these UT bars require and were greeted with, “we only card for people that look under 35”. Thanks. LOL. Welcome to UT!The other service staff was attentive and nice.Man I feel bad for the fish that had to die to be turned into this fish and chips. Couldn’t even finish it. This was BAD. French fries were good.My wife got the prime rib. It was prime rib, so so, meh. The clam chowder seemed like it came out of a bag, or large can, and showed up on a Sysco truck. Bread was….white…Basic.We had a good time. Won’t return

Salad was servied without dressing was told she forgotten what dressing I wanted then it took 10 more minutes to get it. Ordered dessert waited finally she came back and asked us what we wanted. We said we already ordered but just wanted to go and she said no she already put it in.Then was served frozen keylime pie(it wasn't to be frozen) without a fork. Manager never came by.

Great seafood. Love the clam chowder with bread and oysters.
It is an expensive place but quality standards are not there. Every dish felt that something was missing or it was not made well enough: the mushrooms, the soup, the fish, etc, even the drinks - with these prices, you can’t serve old fashion on the rocks. The menu hasn't changed in years. This is the 3rd time that my experience was not great.

Went there for lunch for my birthday with my husband and two friends. it was not busy at all.. just a few other tables.. but the service was SO SLOW. We hesitated asking for a few minutes to decide on anything because our waitress didn't come back around each time for about 20 minutes, so we didn't want to get stuck waiting on her to come back around again for one more thing. I really wanted to try their oysters since we went to an amazing oyster bar in NYC and i was so excited to see market street had one. We ordered 6 oysters. after being told that the oyster menu board hadn't been updated in months- we settled on hama hama and kumamoto and the waitress said "good because thats basically the only ones we have" That was a little disappointing since i wanted to try a variety.. 3 were close to normal size, and 3 were the smallest things ive ever seen. they were about the size of a quarter- and that was the shell, not the oyster itself. The oyster itself was even smaller. My husband and i looked at each other and wondered if that was a joke... it was comical that they would even serve us that. and yet we still had to pay the full $3.75 for each of them. The food was decent. but unfortunately the painfully slow inattentive service ruined it for us... a very expensive lunch that left much to be desired.

Slowest service I've experienced at a restaurant ever.
I love this place. The prime rib, chowder, desserts, everything I've tried has been excellent, and the inside feels upscale without being stuffy.
