This is the second time this has happened to me, where the staff doesn’t properly assist me and just waits until the time is up to say that dinner is over and they’re only serving breakfast now. The service is always terrible, and I would appreciate it if you could reconsider the staff you have working the night shift.

The food was what you expect from McDonald’s but double the amount of messed up orders. And now I know this is a Mcdonalds, and service isn’t why you go to one, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. They couldn’t find my mobile order and asked me to pull up, and when I did the lady at the window just said she didn’t have it and faced her back to me and refused to elaborate. I had to sit there for 5 minutes before they even tried to get me the food I paid for.

This food was a complete trash, I got my food just as I ordered but the food was completely cold basically called left overs. the Oreo McFlurry was completely melted and when I used a coupon to order a 20piece chicken nugget and they gave me 2 orders of it. when I didn’t want medium size fries they gave me two of it I really don’t recommend it and the service was a complete trash they didn’t even know the price of there own food! the servers don’t even know how to say English that good half was Spanish which I don’t know and they cant even understand what I say. Never coming here ever again, conclusion this made my rate for McDonald down several levels
