I don't think that is McDonald's was up to par I thought that this McDonald's lacked on their customer service. Their food was very just playing and not up to date like it usually was tasty with the very good taste and good smell. The atmosphere was very empty there there was nobody there and still yet I waited quite some time just to get a double cheeseburger and a shake.

Place is overrun by homeless people who are constantly walking up to you whether you’re inside or in the drive thru. The staff consistently gets orders wrong or just plain out serve cold, burnt or stale food. Tonight was the icing on the cake, they closed down their system 15 minutes before 11pm(when they close) and 4 people couldn’t get their mobile orders. When I asked for tests on managements number the shift supervisor gave me the stores number. They are the only McDonalds in south salt lake… which makes the drive to downtown or 4500 S a inconvenience.

It's McDonald's and we got drive through so there really isn't much to rate. I do find being sent to a spot to wait when you're at the drive through a bit annoying. UPDATE: things are clean and comfortable but still not very streamlined. We waited almost 10 minutes inside for just a happy meal.

It is the most terrible McDonald's I have ever visited. I ordered a breakfast of eggs and it was horrible. I called one of the managers and she didn't know how to handle the situation. I believe her workers are not trained to handle problems. I will never return to this location. It is the worst I have ever experienced.

Used drive through to pick up chicken wraps. Ranch is good; spicy wrap is so hot you can't taste the chicken.
Drive up service is a disaster!! After paying, at the pick up window they tell you to park and they will bring your order out. So we parked along with 10+ other cars. They had only 1 server trying to bring out all the orders. She was carrying a tray with half a dozen to go sacks.. and no idea which car they belonged to. She would start to make her way down the line of cars, asking each person what they ordered. After every car, the take out window would have a new order ready, and (in her headset), tell her to come pick it up. So after asking a car what they ordered, and looking through all her bags (50% chance that she had their order)... she would have leave the line of parked cars and walk back to the pick up window to get another sack. So inefficient!!. This server was very polite ... but please get her some help!!! With 10 plus cars waiting for orders, you need more than one server.

App is horrible with hours of when walk in is available says you can order and then it's not open til 6 am for in store. Also staff cannot make a special order correctly EVER even when the store is dead! Staff will leave you sit at the counter for 10 minutes or more to pay with cash after using the kiosk. Store needs more than 3 people working in it and preferably English speaking American workers that aren't seniors and can speak, read, and write fluent English!! Possibly the worst store ever!!
