I went to the drive thru as usual to order my breakfast, I wanted a $2 breakfast and I ordered a triple breakfast stacks biscuit and they didn't understand my order, I said it's strange because they always take my order, I got to the window and a person helped me and He explained and left me there waiting for 4 minutes and he told me that there was no triple breakfast stacks biscuit in that store that they did not sell and I told him that I had already ordered it many times, his response was that it does not exist… there are no excuses for the service

Neither did the window employee taking my payment. Filled out survey and left feedback with company management. Will change feedback if properly refunded. Caution: check your transactions and receipts before leaving. You could be overcharged without knowing it. And getting more than you bargained for.

They are literally so stupid here. Without fail they will ALWAYS give me the wrong sauce. As a former McDonalds employee, it is NOT that difficult to read the screen and put the correct item in the bag. A 3rd grader can do it. Figure it out.

Food was good as always...however I was flat out lied to by the order taker... I saw that a double cheeseburger was on the buy one get one for $1 menu. When I ordered 2 doubles, I was informed it was the McDouble that was buy one get one for $1. So I went ahead and changed my order. Since I had to get back to work, I just now looked at my receipt. I was charged full price for both. Despite the good food, having a bad experience in trying to get your food is an automatic 1 star and a scathing review.
