I really like this location & the regular hard workers. Today I got to working late & missed breakfast though. I got my usual later meal, a spicy McCrispy with extra spicy sauce. Although busy, I got it quick. The chicken was RUBBER! First bite was thin & somewhat bearable but the second, thicker bite removed the chicken from the bread & everything fell apart! What is this meat!!? What kind of alien chicken is McDonald's selling!!?
Had to go hungry till dinner due to a late start. Wish I'd have had time to go back & show them the hunk of rubber I paid for..

Not one employee (that i encountered) spoke grand English, they were very nice and polite but I could tell the language barrier was hindering them.

Unacceptable customer service though drive thru. No response after waiting 15 seconds at the inner speaker. Driver comes up at outer speaker and instantly gets help. Drive by the windows, no one at order window and employee on phone at second window. Employees aren't paying attention.

has self serve drink machine đ. but on a rainy day the floors seemed greasy and too slippery to walk in. the lady that handed me the food seemed put off. maybe her day was bad, never know.

Went in 10:50 am waited for 11:00 am for lunch ordered left back to work went too eat my spicy chicken sandwiches they were both hard as a rock it's 11 am u just started serving lunch they should be fresh not hard

Horrible service sent my dad in 2021 to pick some lunch and I guess they couldnât understand my dad cause when I asked for plain meat & no sauce; I got my burger it was just a box with a patty. Some Asian guy taking the order didnât do his job right. Ofc he doesnât work there anymore but glad I donât get burgers without bread. If I could give a 0 star I would.
