I don't understand the 3.3 star review. 5 stars, all the way. They got my food out quickly, despite there being over a metric ton of people in line. My burger was delicious, my orange Hi-C was the correct color, and the dining hall had enough chairs to accommodate me. Let's get that rating above 3.3, everyone!

I wanted to leave a positive review for the employees who have been working the morning weekday shift for the past 1+ years, as I have been coming nearly daily for my early lunch break. They work hard, they are consistent and accurate, I appreciate their professional demeanor and the fact that they remember and friendly acknowledge who I am, as I come by so frequently for pick-up orders. There is a woman who wears a grey polo which leads me to believe that she is the morning manager, and I always see her hustling and crushing it. She refers to me by my name when she sees me come for my pickups, and my orders are always accurate, fresh and tasty. Thank you kindly to the morning McDee’s staff, you guys are doing a great job and it is appreciated! -Tess (and to the fellow reviewer displeased by their denial of a refill, you ask what fast food restaurant doesn’t provide refills… well, ones located within a downtown city mall surrounded by homeless individuals who will grab a cup out of the garbage in order to receive a free drink. You must not come here much. 🙃)

It's food. Mediocrity runs rampant, but that's about par for the course for McDonald's. Nothing against the staff at all. They're doing the best with what they got. Lol 😂**shrugs**

It's pretty much the same as all other McDonald's. I miss the play places though.

Early morning access to hot breakfast, coffee and Wifi!

It's...just McDonald's after all, but, it's handily in a really nice food court within City Creek Center mall but not constrained to the same hours, i.e. the food court opens at 6:30am, which is when McD's opens, M - Sa.

Also...currently this McD location provides fairly decent Wifi (approx. 25 - 35 Mbps, at least during lower traffic morning hours). Additionally, City Creek Center also provides guest Wifi to the area as well.

One last detail, if the street facing main mall doors are still locked in the early hours, you can always access through the area open to the street at The Cheesecake Factory.

Visited store today on 04/16/2025 and received horrible service from the Store Manager Michelle after I waited a long time for my mobile order and it was apparently handed to someone else. When I brought it up to the Store Manger Michelle she handled the situation very unprofessionally.

Wished I would’ve read the reviews before giving them my business. Food was decent and most of the workers were nice but I’m not sure if it’s the manager or not but this short older lady was really rude. Said that they don’t do refills. What fast food place doesn’t do refills?
